I found out about these capsules when I'd been to see a knee specialist and was told the only thing I could be offered were 2 knee replacements. After reading up the possible pitfalls of surgery I decided I'd try every supplement I could find which had good evidence that it helped and came across these enzymes. I was having awful pain and on high doses of opioid meds, needing to use a crutch for walking, unable to bend my knees much, and being kept awake at night with the pain. I was amazed that after 3 days I could suddenly bend my knee,within a week I didn't need the crutch ,now I'm 5 weeks in and can climb stairs with both legs, sleep with no pain,and don't need the heavy knee braces I was using. I've cancelled the knee replacement surgery for now after the surgeon saw me again and will carry on with these for as long as I get relief.

I left a review last year when I started taking the capsules, but can't edit it, so here's the update - I took AHCC for 6 months, every day, 5 capsules first thing in the morning 30 minutes before the meal. This month my smear test came negative for the first time in 5 years, (I had high risk HPV with CIN 1 &2 before). I'm mind blown and so grateful I trusted others' experiences, and wish there was more research into this ingredient, as it's life saving.

I had post-viral lung sensitivity with a constant feeling that my chest was clogged up. X-ray and CT scan clear. I didn't feel ill but it was uncomfortable and irritating. Constantly trying to clear my 'clogged-up' and tight feeling chest. Tried inhaling steam but no luck. Found out about this mushroom whilst browsing and thought it worth a try. After four days I felt a subtle improvement. By day 11 the clogged up feeling had gone. It might all be coincidence, as I understand that these type of post-viral symptoms can sometimes last for anything from a few weeks to a few months before they go away naturally. I'd had the symptoms for about six weeks after recovering from some sort of 'flu virus and there was no sign of them abating. I thinks it's the Tiger Milk rather than a coincidence. My advise? Try it.

I have been taking this organic fermented ginger supplement for just over a week. I had to stop putting fresh ginger in my smoothies as I suspected it was causing reflux and I honestly didn't like the texture. I understand that fermented ginger specifically contains shogaols and paradols which are more bioactive antioxidants and anti-inflammatory. My gut has certainly been happier since taking this, it might be too early to make a connection for sure but I'm feeling hopeful that it will carry on.

I've been waiting for this. A single capsule providing a good dose of iron, in bisglycinate form so it doesn't upset my sensitive stomach, and with 100%+ of my daily needed vitamin C from wholefood. I've been taking this for around a week and I'm feeling fantastic - I truly think it's this supplement!

Got pregnant with this, resolved my periods and insulin sensitivity, my periods returned each month on the clock and I only needed a push for a few months. I didn't take this every months. But, when stressed, it definitely helps my periods to come back and body aches, brain fog etc to kind of go away. I recommend this from the bottom of my heart!
P.S.: I've recommended to other girls this and another supplement of vitamins and minerals and they got pregnant between 1-3 months max, have healthy babies and they're happy. When before they would misscarry or not being able to ovulate at all.

I started taking these tablets after my first LLETZ treatment for abnormal cervical cells earlier this year. I had been positive for high risk HPV for around 6 years. After 6 months of taking these tablets I have just found out I am now negative for HPV.

I'm skeptical writing this review as there is no way to know what caused my HPV to clear up and it could be completely coincidental, but this is just my experience. I took 6 tablets a day, along with turkey tail and intimate probiotic tablets (these are the only three things I've seen within clinical studies besides typical supplements like b12).

I will continue taking a smaller dose of all these supplements long term.

I have noticed significant improvement about a week into using this. I used to live with severe agoraphobia where I couldn’t go outside without experiencing panic attacks. Since taking this I noticed I am no longer having those panic attacks and feel calmer when out. I am on a very restricted diet due to multiple intolerances so it is likely I was deficient in choline. I have tried normal choline from a different brand before but it didn’t work for me. This one works great.

Powder is flavourless and it dissolves really quick and easy without any chalkiness - basically you can’t feel any difference to your water which a massive plus to me as I am autistic with sensory issues.

Overall highly recommend this and will continue buying. Jar lasts a long time.

I decided to take this supplement as I rarely eat fish and this looked liked the healthy option due to it being vegan, and not containing contaminants, along with being sustainably sourced . I have problems with mobility and vision, so am hoping this will help, but it’s early days, and I am confident. The price is very reasonable, especially as I just take one capsule per day, and I have a very healthy diet. As with all time health supplements, I feel confident that this Magnesium is great quality. I take it 1-2 hours before bed and it has improved the quality of my sleep. I also noticed stronger healthier nails. The capsules are large but they aren’t difficult to swallow and I think this is quite normal for magnesium supplements. I like that they don’t include unnecessary ingredients or bulking/ anti caking substances. Great customer service and good shipping times.

My skin is noticeably more ‘radiant’ when I take this collagen powder. I absolutely love it. Another amazing product from Time Health.

I take Quercetin for arthritis in my hands (my Dad had same). Several months ago, I felt twinges in my right hand, so I bought a bottle of Quercetin from a high street chain that same day. However, it failed to completely stop the pain - and 2 weeks later, I felt the same twinges returning. I then ordered from Time Health, instead, and my pain disappeared within a few days and hasn't returned in months. That's the difference in quality.
