Been finding this good for sleep.. it’s something I will buy again and have bought again for its usefulness. I will take magnesium also, but the L-theanine is definitely good to take as well.
This is a fantastic way of getting minerals and then some.. I recommended it to a friend who wouldn’t be without it now as well. Very good product.

Again, it is hard to tell what works as I combine this suppliment with and NAD+ supplement from Time Health - but I am convinced that taking them after 2 weeks the effects: more vitality, feeling more energetic and well, generally, Defo the effect of these pills as noticeable decline when stopped taking,..,.
It is hard to tel what works from the supplements I'm taking, however I am convinced that the Time Health products I'm using give me more energy, my vitality is much better 100%! It started to be noticeable after 2 weeks of regular taking these pills.
I have suffered from chronic low back pain and thigh muscle pain for four years, and was unable to walk very far, or do much at all. Had many tests which came up with nothing. Thought I’d try these Omega 3 capsules and took one a day. Amazingly, after a month, all my pain has disappeared and I can walk longer distances, and have more energy. For me, this is a miracle . I’m sure there will be sceptics who don’t believe me, or who think I was exaggerating my symptoms, but frankly , I don’t care. If anything, I tend to understate rather than overstate. I am very grateful for this product, and my only regret is not considering this Omega 3 sooner, especially as it is derived from algae. Thank you!
