First gout flare May 2022, took about 8 days to normalise. Eleven weeks later it happened again but was more painful. GP diagnosed gout wanted to prescribe. Gave up beer and started cherry supplement. People noticed a difference in my walking and realised sleeping was better.

Excellent supplement a must if your on statins

After just one bottle of Magnesium L-Threonate, I can honestly say that my clarity of thought has definitely improved. This helps enormously with my currently busy schedule. Still experience difficulty in staying asleep for more than 3 to 4 hours at a time, but maybe that will improve after a second bottle.
