Our Subscribe & Save option makes it easy to ensure you never run out of your favourite supplements, while saving money at the same time.

Convenience: Your chosen products are delivered automatically at the interval you select, so you never need to remember to re-order.
Flexibility: You remain in full control of your subscription.
Managing Your Subscription
You can view and manage all of your subscription orders through your My Account area. From there you can:
- Edit your delivery schedule or product selection.
- Pause or skip a delivery if you need a break.
- Cancel your subscription at any time.
How to Subscribe
1. On any eligible product page, select Subscribe & Save before adding the item to your basket.
2. Choose your preferred delivery interval (for example, every two weeks; every month; or every three months).
3. Complete your checkout as normal.
Your first order will be processed straight away, and future orders will be sent automatically according to your chosen schedule.
FAQs
How often will I be charged?
You are charged automatically according to the delivery frequency you select, such as every month or 2 months etc.
Can I change my delivery frequency?
Yes. You can adjust your delivery schedule at any time through your account or subscription portal.
Can I skip or pause a delivery?
Yes. If you have enough product or need a break, you can skip or pause upcoming deliveries easily without cancelling your subscription.
What if I'm going on holiday?
If you would like to order extra items as a One-Time Purchase on your next delivery, you can do this in your portal. You can also then skip or pause upcoming deliveries easily without cancelling your subscription.
Is there a minimum commitment?
No. There is no minimum commitment and you can pause, skip, change or cancel your subscription whenever you like. Subscription benefits are intended for genuine ongoing use and remain subject to fair use.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel at any time from your account area. Changes take effect before the next billing date.
Why can't I see the 5% Subscribe and Save discount at checkout?
If you have selected Subscribe & Save, the price you see at checkout is already reduced by 5%. Any additional discounts (e.g. 10% off over £30) will be clearly broken down in your cart.
Why can't I subscribe to certain products?
This is either:
• The product is not supported by PayPal or Shop Pay - currently the only payment methods that allow recurring subscriptions
or
• The product is being discontinued or at risk of supply chain issues.
Why are certain products not supported by PayPal or Shop Pay?
Some payment providers apply their own policies to specific product categories. Our Subscribe and Save service currently uses PayPal or Shop Pay for billing, so products restricted by those providers are not available on subscription. These items can still be purchased securely as non-recurring orders using card payment via Opayo.

Terms & Conditions
1. Eligibility
1.1 The Subscribe & Save service is available to Consumers only.
1.2 Business Customers are not eligible to participate in Subscribe & Save subscriptions.
2. Purpose of the Service
2.1 Subscribe & Save is intended for ongoing personal use only. HCP and wholesale accounts are not eligible.
3. Misuse and Fair Use
3.1 We reserve the right to withdraw subscription discounts, suspend or cancel subscriptions, or refuse future Subscribe & Save orders where we reasonably believe the service is being misused.
3.2 Misuse includes, but is not limited to, repeatedly creating and cancelling subscriptions solely to obtain the Subscribe & Save discount without the intention of maintaining an ongoing subscription.
4. Discounts, Cancellation, and Correct Use
4.1 Subscribe & Save discounts apply only while an active subscription remains in place.
4.2 Consumers may manage their Subscribe & Save subscriptions at any time through their account, including the ability to edit products, adjust delivery frequency, skip a scheduled delivery, or add additional items.
4.3 Consumers may cancel a Subscribe & Save subscription at any time without penalty.
4.4 Legitimate use of the management features described in clause 4.2, including occasional skipping or changes to delivery schedules, will not be treated as misuse.
4.5 Repeated or systematic cancellation behaviour designed to obtain subscription discounts without maintaining an ongoing subscription may be treated as misuse in accordance with clause 3.
5. Loyalty Store Credit
5.1 Subscription renewals may accrue loyalty Store Credit where eligible, pending a 72-hour hold.
5.2 Loyalty Store Credit cannot be redeemed against subscription renewal orders.
5.3 Where a subscription is cancelled within 72 hours of payment, loyalty Store Credit will not be accrued for that order. Repeated cancellation of subscriptions may constitute abuse of the loyalty or Subscribe & Save programmes and may result in exclusion from future promotions or rewards.
6. Payment Failure
6.1 Where a subscription payment fails, we will reattempt payment on up to three occasions, with three days between each attempt.
6.2 If payment cannot be successfully processed after these attempts, the affected subscription order may be cancelled or suspended until payment details are updated.
7. Product Availability
7.1 Where a Product included in a Subscribe & Save order becomes unavailable, out of stock, or discontinued, we will contact the Consumer with further instructions.
7.2 If no response is received within a reasonable period, and the order contains other Products that are available, we may fulfil the order using the available Products only.
7.3 Any unavailable Products will not be charged or will be refunded where payment has already been taken.
