In these Terms:
Consumer means an individual acting for purposes that are wholly or mainly outside their trade, business, craft, or profession.
Business Customer means any person or entity purchasing Products in the course of a trade, business, craft, or profession.
2. Our Products
2.1 The images of the Products on our site are for illustrative purposes only. Packaging of the Products may vary from that shown.
2.2 All Products shown on our site are subject to availability. We will inform you by e-mail as soon as possible if the Product you have ordered is not available and we will not process your order if made.
3. How we use your information

4. If you are a consumer
4.1 If you are a consumer, you may only purchase Products from our site if you are at least 18 years old.
4.2 We intend to rely upon these Terms and our Privacy and Cookies Policy in relation to the Contract between you and us.
4.3 As a consumer, you have legal rights in relation to Products that are faulty or not as described.
5. How the contract is formed between you and us
Full terms covering order acceptance, confirmation, and contract formation apply.
If you are a Consumer, risk in the Products passes to you when you take physical possession of them.
If you are a Business Customer, risk in the Products passes to you on dispatch from Time Health Ltd.
All sales are completed in the UK.
6. Our right to vary these terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in relevant laws or market conditions.

8. International delivery

9. Price of products and delivery charges

10. How to Pay
10.1 You can pay for Products using a debit card, credit card, or PayPal.
10.2 Payment for the Products and all applicable delivery charges is in advance.

10.4 Payment Security: Once you have confirmed your order and delivery details, you are taken to a payment page that is securely hosted by either Shopify (Shop Pay) or PayPal. We use Shopify’s Shop Pay or PayPal to process transactions.

11. Our Warranties and Product Use Disclaimer
11.1 We warrant that the Products will materially conform to their description at the time of delivery and will be of satisfactory quality.
11.2 Our Products are food supplements. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease and should not be considered a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
11.3 Consumers are responsible for reading and following the usage instructions provided with each Product. We cannot accept responsibility for any issues arising from use that does not comply with the instructions supplied.
11.4 If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication, or under medical supervision, you should consult a qualified healthcare professional before using any Product.
11.5 Individual responses to food supplements may vary. No guarantees are made as to the results or effects of using any Product, as these depend on individual factors such as diet, lifestyle, and overall health.
11.6 Except as expressly stated in these Terms, we do not make any representation, warranties, or undertakings in relation to the Products. Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
12. Our liability if you are a consumer
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach. We are not responsible for losses that were unforeseeable. This does not affect your statutory rights.
13. Events Outside Our Control
We will not be liable for failure to perform due to events outside our reasonable control.

15. Delivery for Business Customers
Where Products are purchased by a Business Customer, delivery is arranged at the Business Customer’s risk. The Business Customer is responsible for ensuring that delivery arrangements, including shipping method, carrier selection, customs clearance, import duties, taxes, and any associated costs, are suitable for their requirements.
Time Health Ltd shall not be responsible for delays, losses, or additional costs arising from shipping arrangements selected or requested by a Business Customer once the Products have been dispatched.

16.3 Healthcare Practitioner (HCP) Discount Programme: Approved Practitioner members are eligible for a 25% discount across our product range on orders over £30 (excluding sale items).
Applicants must provide proof of health-related qualifications and evidence of current professional private practice. This programme is not open to students. Misuse, including personal use, may result in termination.
16.4 Refer-A-Friend Rewards Scheme: Customers may recommend products to friends and family using a unique link found in Account > Loyalty. Both parties will receive £5 store credit after a qualifying order has been successfully placed by the referred party. We reserve the right to withhold, cancel or amend referral rewards where we reasonably believe there has been misuse, abuse, fraud or a breach of these terms, or where orders are cancelled, refunded or disputed. Referral rewards are non-transferable, have no cash value and may be subject to expiry or additional conditions as notified from time to time.
16.5 Financial Queries: For any queries regarding the price you have paid, these must be raised within the same financial year.
16.6 Easter Sale 2026
The Easter Sale 2026 promotion is available for a limited time only and ends on 06/04/2026 at 23:59, while stocks last. No code is required, as all applicable discounts will be automatically applied at checkout. The promotion includes 15% off orders over £30 and 20% off orders over £150 on eligible products. Unless otherwise stated, wholesale and business accounts are not eligible for this promotion.
Subscribe & Save: Subscriptions created during the promotional period, and subscriptions valued at £30 or more that were scheduled to renew during the promotional period (as of 02/04/2026), are eligible to receive the Easter Sale discount. The promotional discount applies to the initial or qualifying subscription order only. Subsequent recurring subscription orders will revert to the standard Subscribe & Save discount (currently 5%), alongside any applicable site-wide offers in place at the time, subject to minimum spend and promotional terms. Discounts will not be applied to subscriptions originally scheduled to renew after the promotion end date, even if renewal dates are brought forward. Customers may manage their subscriptions via their account, including cancelling and creating a new subscription where applicable.
HCPs: Existing registered Healthcare Practitioners (HCPs) will receive 30% off orders over £30 on full-priced items only. HCP discounts cannot be applied to discounted or promotional items and cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
This promotion strictly ends on 06/04/2026 at 23:59. Orders placed after this time will not be eligible for the offer and discounts can not be applied retrospectively.
We reserve the right to amend, withdraw or extend this promotion at any time without notice. Discounts are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at our discretion. This promotion is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any alternative.
17. Waiver
If we do not act immediately on a breach, we still retain the right to enforce our terms in future situations.
18. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and your relationship with Time Health Ltd are governed by English law.
