I find the taste fine, just a little bit tart, so easy to take. As vitamin C is rapidly excreted I like to spread my dosing out, having it twice a day. Great to have a natural source, a fantastic clean product.

I have been a customer with Time Health for my Vitamin C for quite a few years now and I will keep on being a returning customer. The Acerola Cherry Spray Dried Juice Powder is a very pleasant way of taking my daily Vitamin C which I add to a fresh fruit smoothie (home made) each morning.

I am so pleased to have found a good quality food source vitamin c. I estimate that 1 teaspoon of powder equals 1g of vitamin c. You can add the power to dry food or mix it into drinks. I've even made refreshing lemonade with it.
If you want to mix it with liquids, it's best to use a bit of hot water so it dissolves easily.

I love this powder, I noticed a real difference as soon as I started taking it (healthier gums, better skin) I currently live in Canada, but I still buy my supplements from Time Health in the UK because they're the best!

We are never without vitamin C in the house, to support our immune system and manage the occasional colds, so we are happy to have found a good food-source, little-processed version. We've been buying this for a couple of years now and go through a bag of 250g in 4-6 week, depending on the season.

Been using Vit C for years as an effective way to control my hayfever but changed to this nautral source over a year ago as the synthetic stuff (absorbic acid) was turning my blood toxic. I use 1000mg a day all year round but during hayfever season I up it to 2000mg daily, it really helps to control itchy eyes.

I can always count on Time Health to dispatch very quickly my orders, I usually get the within 2-3 days at most. I have been purchasing the Acerola Cherry powder for the past 1+ year as we go through loads of it and it's the most cost effective for us. A family of 5, each taking one teaspoon/day means that we go through 500g in a month. This is a great product to support our immunity, especially in the cold month, although we do use it all year round. When someone is under the weather, we up the amount to 2 teaspoons every few hours and it helps get better quicker.
