I left a review last year when I started taking the capsules, but can't edit it, so here's the update - I took AHCC for 6 months, every day, 5 capsules first thing in the morning 30 minutes before the meal. This month my smear test came negative for the first time in 5 years, (I had high risk HPV with CIN 1 &2 before). I'm mind blown and so grateful I trusted others' experiences, and wish there was more research into this ingredient, as it's life saving.

I started taking these tablets after my first LLETZ treatment for abnormal cervical cells earlier this year. I had been positive for high risk HPV for around 6 years. After 6 months of taking these tablets I have just found out I am now negative for HPV.

I'm skeptical writing this review as there is no way to know what caused my HPV to clear up and it could be completely coincidental, but this is just my experience. I took 6 tablets a day, along with turkey tail and intimate probiotic tablets (these are the only three things I've seen within clinical studies besides typical supplements like b12).

I will continue taking a smaller dose of all these supplements long term.

Started taking these AHCC tablets because I’d read they can help get rid of high-risk HPV infection. I took them everyday for 6 months and I’ve recently had my cervical smear test results back and I’m negative! I am so relieved and I believe that taking these AHCC tablets are a major reason why I was able to get rid of the persistent HPV infection. I’ve had HPV for over 8 years so it’s an amazing feeling to have finally got rid of it and I’m thankful that I tried these tablets.

Ok, I know that I can’t say for sure it was 100% for the capsules, but I’m sure these capsules were highly effective, because I am taking this supplement for around 5 months from the time I have heard about the initial test result, and haven’t got any other viruses since then. I will surely continue taking them.

I have ordered AHCC to boost my immune system as I was diagnosed with a high-risk HPV two years ago. I had the abnormal cells removed, but I just want to make sure that my next smear test is negative. I was diagnosed with a geographic tongue recently as well and it seems that it good better since I started to take AHCC. I have been taking AHCC for three months and will continue and will give another feedback in a few months.

Only had these a few weeks so unsure if making a difference yet. Will update review when I’ve been taking them for a few months.

Been using this for approx 2 years to strengthen my immune system which I feel has most definitely improved. I haven’t had a cold since taking these capsules.

Having researched persistent HPV (common but a risk factor in cervical cancer), the evidence for AHCC at high dose (1g-3g daily) is pretty strong. Given HPV gets harder to shake off as you get older (I'm post-menopausal) I decided to make this investment in strengthening my immune system. Reassured by the quality and purity of this product and powder form makes it more affordable and sustainable long term.

I’m using this put up for a specific reason, but it seems to be supporting my immune system overall.

My partner had a weak immune system and fell sick very easily. Took a 3 months daily supplementation of AHCC and all immune system blood markers were. She's in much better shape. She's taken a break for two months before going on her next cycle. Great product

I read about AHCC after testing positive for High Risk HPV. I took the maximum dose for around 6 months and have received a negative result from my latest smear test. I’m over the moon. I’ve also managed not to come down with any colds, etc, this winter despite everyone around me succumbing. I do feel the AHCC has given my body a boost and I’ve just ordered more.
