Site-wide Discount

As a thank you for shopping with us directly, we offer a 10% discount on all orders over £30, and 15% off when you spend over £150 with us. This discount is applied at checkout automatically - no code required!

We also offer fast and free shipping to UK addresses.

Subscribe & Save

We are excited to launch a new, simplified Subscription model - so it's now easier than ever to edit your subscriptions, and discounts will apply from your first order. 

Regardless of how much you spend, you receive an extra 5% off subscriptions. This will automatically work on top of our site-wide discount. 

For example:

You are subscribed to receive one product monthly with a price of £20. You will receive a 5% discount, so your monthly charge would be just £19.

You are subscribed to receive 2 products monthly, totalling £40. You will receive our site-wide 10% off (£36), and then an extra 5% off - so your monthly charge would be £34.20.

You are subscribed to get 6 products delivered every 6 months, totalling £150. You will receive our site-wide discount of 15% off (£127.50), and then an extra 5% off - so your 6 monthly charge would be £121.13.

Loyalty

We've simplified our loyalty model. Every time you shop directly with us, you will earn store credit, which can be applied directly at checkout. You can view your progress by visiting your account and selecting "Loyalty".

Please note that this does not apply to business accounts (i.e. Practitioners or Wholesalers).

Refer a Friend

You can use your unique link found in your account to refer a new customer. Once they have placed their first order, you will both receive a £5 coupon to use on your next order (minimum spend £30).
