The majority of UK orders arrive within 48 hours after despatch, however we ask customers to wait up to 2 weeks for their delivery to arrive before contacting us.
If you’re in the UK, and you have ordered a product that you no longer require, you can return the product in its original sealed, unopened state within 28 days of purchase to:

When returning an item, please include your name, order number, and reason for return. You, the buyer, are responsible for return postage and so we strongly recommend obtaining proof of postage or tracking details. We can only issue refunds on products that are unused and sealed in their original condition. Once we have received your return, we will aim issue a refund within 10 working days, unless there are any issues – in which case, we will contact you. Please note that once refunds are issued, your bank may take some time to process the return of funds – unfortunately this is out of our control.
Please note that individual results from supplements may vary. Some supplements may not work for everyone, and many require consistent use over several months to achieve noticeable improvements. We do not offer a money-back guarantee based on the time taken for results to appear.
We sincerely apologise if you receive a damaged or faulty product. This is rare, but we understand how disappointing it can be.
If you believe your product is defective, please contact us here with your name and order number, along with a description of the fault. We may request photographs of the product. Damaged or faulty products must be returned to us, and we will cover the cost of return postage. Proof of posting is required in order to process a refund.

Our formulas are developed using extensive research and evidence, but as everyone’s physiology is unique results can not be guaranteed and we do not offer refunds in cases where a customer feels that a supplement has not worked for them.

Unless a mistake has been made on our part, all returns must be paid for by the buyer. Products should be sent using a tracked service.
Please keep your confirmation of return receipt until you receive an email from us confirming that we have processed your return and issued your refund.
We do not accept international returns if you just no longer want the product, due to import fees and shipping costs. Please get in touch using the help button if we have made an error in your order, or if the product is defective, and we will be happy to assist.
