Quickly delivered. Still early days but does appear to do what 'it says on the packagd' and if that continues ill6be thrilled.

The SAC content is stated whereas other products are suitably vague. The capsules are perfect to swallow plus I have had to halve my Amlopidine dose quite promptly

Took this to help with blood pressure as it has the compounds that ensure the body can access the benefits. I do not find this strong tasting at all and can barely tell its been derived from garlic (I like garlic, but there no taste of it here). No fillers and rubbish that I don't want.
The best bit? It works. My pressure was regularly 145/90, but now I'm usually within target (116/72 today, 61yo male). Before taking this supplement I'd never had a measurement under target and I remain under target no matter when I test. My mother has been getting pressure from the docs to take meds, but I persuaded her to try this and she is also tracking 20 points under her previous readings.
I just wish they had more stocks of it as it constantly runs out and all the other supplements I've looked at do not make the cut.

I am happy overall with this supplement. Its good value with one pouch lasting two months and im on my third pouch.
My number on consideration its vegan.
So far Ive managed to avoid getting a cold this year, touch wood! I am however more interested in porported hart health benfits.
I like the packaging and delivery was propmt. I trust that Time Health provide safe, quality supplements.
Now the not so good, its has a strong smell that affects my breath and my guts; neither of which are pleasant. If this could be resolved without affecting its health benefits that would be great. For that reason I give 4 stars.

A friend recommended a type of garlic that works better to bring blood pressure down. I'm terribly allergic to maize and maize derived ingredients in medicines including capsule shells. Time Health is one of the few "safe" suppliers for me. I've been taking this daily. This are the only thing that's changed in my life. I'm sleeping better (my sleep was awful) and sleeping for longer periods of time (5 hours as opposed to 2, so I'm getting 6-7 hours a night as opposed to 4) plus my blood pressure has gone down from 155/86 to 134/75. I'm 65 by the way and I battle multiple health problems including autoimmune illness similar to lupus. I won't have to take blood pressure medicine now. I can't anyway because they all have maize-derived ingredients in them. The GP is going to be a lot happier. I'm ordering a lot more of this garlic capsules today! They definitely work! Good products at a fair price without the extras other manufacturers put in their versions

Excellent 'best before' date and sealed plastic-bottle container.
No garlic taste for those who don't like that aspect, although it would not have bothered myself.
Trying this to see if it improves a finger-circulation issue i've suffered from past four winters. Taking one each day, but too soon to tell if it will prove effective in providing mitigation of condition. Also take for the other health benefits associated with garlic supplementation.
