Really pleased with this Turkey Tail extract. I particularly like that the beta glucan content is clearly stated rather than just giving a general mushroom extract figure. Easy to take, well packaged and feels like a very good quality product. Another supplement from Time Health that I’m happy to continue using.

Like many supplements, I can't comment on its immediate efficacy; I just take and hope for the best. In the long term, I might be able to tell. But I like the packaging, quality assurance, price and prompt delivery.

A great all round immunity boost for everything related to the immune system, tiredness etc. A great pity it has now been made illegal by an old law. Hopefully all the health companies can band together to provide the research and safety evidence required to have this law reversed. My 65 year old friend has stage 3 prostate cancer that's gone to his bones. Apart from his prescribed medication, he's been taking Turkey Tail, Mushroom Complex 6 and triple magnesium. Ive been using turkey tail for 2 months and find myself really grounded when I include it in my daily routine.

After seeing a number of podcasts on Turkey tail and its use in cancer treatment, I decided to use this alongside my conventional treatment.

I am so pleased that I have found this Extract supplement, it is a great addition to my healthcare regimen. I can take 2-4 capsules per day so I am sure to get my required dosage per day, I am taking them to help to support my immune system through illness. I already feel that my general energy is better, I am careful what to choose to take as I know that getting the most out of these supplements is key to help me. Splitting them through the day is so much better for support.. they are an easy to swallow capsule. This is a great product as an immune system booster. I use it to make vegetarian gravy as it gives a wonderful, deep meaty flavour to the gravy.
