Typical amount per Capsule: 500mg Calcified seaweed (Lithothamnium calcareum), Providing 250mg Calcium. Origin: Europe.

Suggested Use:
As a food supplement for adults.
Take 1 to 4 capsules daily, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.

I brought these calcium tablets as I have osteoporosis. My doctor prescribed Calcium Carbonate which I didn’t want to take as it is basically chalk. These calcium from Time Health are a pure product with no nasty additives which I can trust. I do like the packaging as much better than a plastic bottle.

This is the best form of calcium I've taken, it's really helped my aches and pains along with magnesium.I feel it's better absorbed than the standard synthetic calcium supplements.I like it because like all Time Health products there are no nasties in the capsules to bulk them out. I can't fault Time Health, their products are excellent :)
