Not been using for long but it does appear to shorten infection time and helps with recovery. Definitely feel more energetic and have reduced inflammation, fewer aches and pains.

I was diagnosed with high risk HPV 3 years ago and had been taking this since, I recently had a smear test and am
now HPV negative. I don’t know if it is down to taking AHCC but it’s so much cheaper here than elsewhere so will continue to take.

I have using AHCC about a month for now. From the first 2-3 weeks was getting me headaches but then I changed to taking it at night before I go to bed instead of morning.But I will make sure I am empty stomach for at least 2 hours.I also take other vitamins in the morning to boost my immune system
I am using for HPV as I’ve read loads of reviews saying AHCC has helped for HVP. And most of them are very expensive, and Time health has the reasonable price and good feedback.
It is very early to tell is that helps for HPV as mostly it says will take up to 6 months to a year to see the changes.
Also at the beginning from the 1-3 weeks you will feel your skin might dry or seem a bit worse but then recently my skin has been better. I think at about 4weeks till your body gets used to, so do give up too early.
One thing for sure is it did help me sleep better since I have been taking it . Not sure cos I am taking it before I sleep.

I am hoping AHCC will help me with my HPV, as I have been having it for about 3 years now.

I've been using this supplement for the better part of a year and wanted to wait until now to leave a full review. I started taking AHCC because of anecdotal evidence that it can help with HPV. I've had HPV for a few years now and despite doctors saying it would likely clear up on its own, it was getting worse and I had started to need to have regular biopsies. I started taking these supplements daily and 6 months later I have been discharged from the hospital doctors due to a significant improvement in my biopsy results. The only thing I changed in my lifestyle were these tablets, so I think they might actually work?! Time will tell at my next smear but in the meantime I will keep taking them! On top of that, I rarely get ill now, I may feel a slight throat tickle or tiredness, and take an extra dose and the cold never amounts to anything. I'm truly amazed and will keep ordering them!

I used daily 2 capsules in the morning & 3 at night (with 5mg methyl folate by Thorne and b12 Pure Encapsulations) from September till January after hpv diagnosis and colposcopy in July 2023. The hospital has discharged after 20 Jan 2024 colposcopy as my cervix and biopsy are improved. I continue to use AHCC for maintenance as also noticed my gums stopped bleeding. I have been using AHCC advanced from Time Health for three months now with excellent results for my immune system. I have found the Time Health product to be as good as the Quality of Life Kinoko that has been involved in the medical tests. Excellent. Helping me with treating HPV virus

Bought after 2 years high risk HPV caused precancerous cells. 3 months later no treatment, no cells and soon after no HPV. Studies suggest a boost to the immune system so continued taking them and 18 months later had only one cold that lasted about 4 hours! (Previously prone to chest infections and regular colds)
