Sale Period
The BFCM sale will run from 00:00 on 13 November 2025 until 23:59 on 1 December 2025 (GMT). Orders placed outside this period will not qualify for the promotional discounts set out below.
Discount Structure
During the sale period, the following discounts will apply to all eligible retail purchases made via our website:
20% off orders with a total value of £30 or more.
25% off orders with a total value of £150 or more.
Subscribe & Save Orders
New Subscribe & Save orders placed during the sale period will receive the above discount, and an extra 5% discount.
Subsequent subscription renewals will receive the following discounts:
10% off on orders over £30, plus an additional 5% ongoing discount.
15% off on orders over £150, plus an additional 5% ongoing discount.
These renewal discounts will apply automatically to qualifying subscription renewals following the initial order.
Eligibility
Subscribe & Save discounts are available to retail customers only.
Business customers, including registered practitioners, are not eligible for Subscribe & Save discounts.
Practitioners will, however, receive an additional 5% discount on top of their existing practitioner pricing during the sale period.
Exclusions and Limitations
Discounts cannot be applied retrospectively to previous purchases.
Discounts cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions, vouchers, or special offers unless otherwise stated.
The offer applies only to products available on our official website and is subject to stock availability.
Right to Amend or Withdraw: we reserve the right to amend, extend, or withdraw this promotion, or to change these Terms and Conditions, at any time and without prior notice.
All discounts are applied automatically at checkout. Our standard Terms of Sale and Privacy Policy continue to apply.
