Wildcrafted Sea Buckthorn – Omega 3, 6, 7 & 9 – Heart, Eye & Skin Health

I’ve been taking sea buckthorn for over four years now and I will continue with it. I take the recommended dose as if I cut back to one I notice my dry eye becomes irritated so I know for me this works.

I’m really happy with these capsules which are easy to swallow. Will be buying more from this company as been buying different tablets from them for a year now and they have always been great.

We all know about Omega 3 and 6, but Omega 7 and 9 take health to another level. I have really noticed a difference with this product. It is so important to keep your heart healthy and having a good looking skin gives you a lot of confidence. I would certainly recommend this product.

I use this as it was recommended being post menopausal I feel it really helps. The omegas help as I am vegan too. I believe everyone is different so you would need to try it to see. I would recommend it.

I’ve had repeat orders of wildcrafted sea buckthorn. It’s been a total game changer for my severe dry eyes. I had constantly watering eyes where my eyes would try to compensate for the dryness. This has stopped and I rarely have to dab them now. Also very pleased to find that these are carrageenan free, which is hard to find

I was recommended to try Sea Buckthorn by my sis for dry eye as I’ve tried drops and that didn’t work. As I already used Time health I ordered from them.
My eyes were very painful and sore before I started Sea Buckthorn but within a few weeks I started to notice a big change, the soreness lessened and I’ve not looked back since I hardly get dry eye or that horrible scratchy feeling and I’m pain free .
I buy all my vitamins from Time as I believe they are a trusted site and made in the Uk.

Great product, exactly what I was looking for. If you also want to improve your skin, hair and nail health, then I definitely recommend this product. It also improves eye and heart function. The softgels are easy to swallow and have no unpleasant aftertaste. I have not found anything better than this product.

I've changed from the fish based omega sources to this sea buckthorn one because it includes more of the omega vitamins.

My experience is good, I prefer this to fish oils.

Too soon to know if helping but no obvious side effects

Excellent. I have suffered with dry eyes for 20 years. I take just one capsule of sea buckthorn everyday for full relief of dry eyes. It probably took a month or so to see results but now just coming to the end of 120 softgels and will be ordering some more.

Had a cheaper brand of this sea buckthorn which didn’t do anything for my eyes. This is good will stick with time health from now on.
On my second pot now and I no longer suffer with dry eye, no longer need to use eye drops.

I am using sea buckthorn alongside marine magnesium and the mushroom 6 complex. Since 2020 I have had brain surgery, brain radiotherapy and four months ago cervical spine surgery. I am seriously out of condition, very overweight etc etc. So as part of my bid to improve my overall health. My job is mentally taxing (clinical coder) and I feel these help my mental stamina. I take these daily and so far so good. I can even do overtime!!!!!!

This is an excellent source of omega 3,6,7 and 9 which I take daily to help with my eye and heart health. This is my second purchase and I will continue to buy from Time Health as their products are clean and free from additives.

I take 2 of these a day for dry eye. I think these are doing the job previously I had them from a different company and was not sure if they were helping I ended up taking quite a few a day but so far so good with these.

I was suffering really badly with dry eyes, I was using a vegan omega 3 from another company and it just wasn’t helping.
I did some research and I saw that Sea Buckthorn was recommended, as I already use a few other products from this company I decided to give this ago. It has been a game changer my dry eyes are so much better , I’m no longer in pain and wanting to scratch my eyes out or have to go and close them . I’d definitely give this ago, it did take a few weeks for me to see some results but well worth it.

I love sea buckthorn oil supplements. I have taken them for years. Packed full of the omegas 3,6,7 & 9 which is very unusual (Google it to find out more!) also is good source of vitamin C, A & E + beta- carotene/ minerals/ vitamins B1,B2 & B6 to name a few. Also carrageenan free is great. I'm always amazed when I tell people about Sea buckthorn that it's not well known, I think I have converted a few people over the years!! So glad I found "Time Health" great company to deal with, fast delivery time & most important no "nasties" in their products. I will stick with this company for all my supplements. Thanks T.H

I suggested that my father-in-law take these tablets to help with his diabetes. Within a month, he said that his eyes felt much better and were no longer dry and irritated. He no longer needs to take drops to maintain a comfortable level of moisture. I have noticed that my skin, which is usually quite dry and itchy, has also improved. Definitely worth a try!
