Suggested use:
As a food supplement for adults.

I like this iron supplement

I like this iron supplement, I take one every other day to boost absorption. I like the fact it has vit C added too. I have no side effects at all from taking this which is great and will continue using it till my ferritin returns to normal levels. I haven’t had a blood test as yet so can’t comment on the effects. I will update when I know. I always use Time health as their products are top quality without bulking agents and all sorts added and their customer service is the best with super fast delivery.

I've been waiting for this. A single capsule providing a good dose of iron, in bisglycinate form so it doesn't upset my sensitive stomach, and with 100%+ of my daily needed vitamin C from wholefood. I've been taking this for around a week and I'm feeling fantastic - I truly think it's this supplement!
