I’m really happy with these capsules which are easy to swallow. Will be buying more from this company as been buying different tablets from them for a year now and they have always been great.

Taking MSM for my skin alongside with Phytoceramides and Vit C from TH and can tell how my wrinkles gets smoother. Have to admit I also take HA from another brand but i know how much MSM contributes and this is one of best Ive ever had

I had been taking Glucosamine for three month which made very slight difference to my arthritic knees.This changed massively once I added MSM DistilPure. Although I can only manage short walks, at least the pain and stiffness is minimal.

This is an update on my first review of MSM.
For my first review I was hoping to report less joint pain, which was/is my main reason for taking them, but at that time I had not experienced any positive changes, I continued to take them anyway and I am very pleased to now report that they are definitely making a difference, as I ran out of them for one week and I really noticed a difference, i.e. some joint pain started creeping in again, after about 5 days of taking them again I noticed a reduction in joint pain once again, I believe this shows that sometimes some supplements take longer to work in the beginning and I'm pleased I continued to take them. They certainly seem to be helping me!

After taking MSM I've noticed a significant improvement in my hair and nails so will definitely be buying again, the best thing about Time Health is the trusted ingredients when you need a certain supplement.

I've been using msm sulphur for just 2 months-ish and the difference in my recovery is significant. I feel less sore the next day and can hit the gym more consistently without being held back by my sore old knees and hips. Definitely helping with overall strength gains.

Trying MSM to see if it will help reduce inflammation and pain in my joints, so far no effect but only been taking it for about 3 weeks, so maybe too early for any significant results.

An essential supplement. Even though the powder is cheaper and you get 5 more grams than capsules, you have to make sure that you can handle the bitterness.
