90% Delta and 10% Gamma.

Capsule Shell: Pullulan from Tapioca, Non-GMO.

Suggested use:

Excellent Vitamin E Tocotrienols from DeltaGold/Dr Barrie Tan - you can't get better. Most Vitamin E tocopherols are next to useless.
