A great vegan source of phosphatidyl choline which has many health benefits. Good quality organic powder with a neutral taste that will disappear in milks, smoothies and puddings making them creamier. Pleasant enough to be taken straight off the spoon. Will be reordering.

I've been using the Organic Sunflower Lecithin Powder for two weeks, and I'm already noticing positive effects. The powder blends well in smoothies and has a mild taste. It’s helped with focus and overall energy levels, though it’s still early days. Great value for 300g, and I’ll keep using it!

Great tasting product, not as 'clumpy' as other brands I have used in the past. Useful for adding to drinks for a creamier taste or baking, whipped in with eggs (emulsifies fats), and for its therapeutic benefits (management of cholesterol, cognitive and cellular regeneration). Highly recommended.

We bought the sunflower lecithin for our adult son who has multiple disabilities and allergies. It took him over 2 weeks before his digestive system could accept it without his bowels over-reacting. As he seemed to feel better we persevered. The lecithin is easy to mix in his gluten free porridge and he enjoys the taste. It is a shame it also does not come in capsule form for travelling

Forget the lysosomal products out there as they are expensive,all you need is this 300g bag to add too your smoothies etc. It's also your go to vegan BCAA'S supplement as it contains the aminos you need.

The product is of a dry consistency and looks like roof insulation material. The taste is fairly neutral and is therefore quite innocuous when blended in beverages hot or cold. However, it does seem to emulsify other ingredients if blended together e.g. mushroom extracts. Cognitively it does seem to allow for more measured thinking.
