It works very well for calm and consistent energy levels, taken in morning with cup of matcha tea and some form natural ie berries or supplemental vitamin C. I don’t take at night as too stimulating for me in evening.

We are still using it. I was pleased to find a product that contains all the important anti-oxidant needed when someone suffers from chronic inflammation.

I bought the Reservratrol Pro Q10 to improve my heart health, but have found it may also be helping to prevent migraines, so I'm delighted with this supplement.

Too soon to say as only been taking for a couple of weeks, however, I’m confident I will see the benefits as I use other supplements from Time Health, R-Alpha Lapoic Acid and Benfotiamine both of which I’m very impressed with. The quality is excellent (clean, no fillers or binding agents) and the prices are reasonable.

I've been using this potent Resveratrol Pro Q10 mix for a few months after reading about the potential effects of Resveratrol and Polyphenols on recovery from long covid. I lost my sense of taste and smell two years ago and it didn't return. After taking this supplement for about 3 months I have noticed some sensation of taste returning occasionally! I can definitely tell the difference between sweet and savoury foods now and I had absolutely no idea what I was eating before, only relying on my sight and the sense of texture when I was eating. I have a long recovery ahead but I do believe these supplements have triggered something.
