After much reading and research into spermadine I concluded that the Time Health Ultra Spermadine ticked all the correct boxes for my personal needs, especially purity, price and ingredient strength.
I follow a Ketogenic diet with intermittent fasting and was looking for a supplement that would support autophogy and cellular renewal in a form that offered good bioavailability.

I've been using this supplement for a few years with occasional short breaks & I feel a better sense of positivity. Whether that's physical or psychological I haven't worked out yet but definitely feel better for it. People pay psychiatrists lots of money to feel better about themselves & this is much better value for money
