I have been taking this Red maca for at least 2 years or more and my hot flushes have gone completely. Really recommended.

Used it as part of the combo for recovering post surgery together with liver tonic and cayenne pepper

This is high quality Red Maca Root for hormonal balance. I put it my protein enriched yoghurt every single morning.

It is too early to provide any accurate review however I would not say anything negative. All good.

Regulates the hormone fluctuations that can be present during menopause reduced the hot flashes after 2 months I recommend Red Macca to all my friends. You need to be consistent that is all. It also boosts energy and clarity of mind.

As with other TimeHealth products - it has no additives or fillers. Plus it's organic and vegan, made in the UK and Peruvian. It seems to be helping with my menopausal symptoms.

Found myself perimenopausal together with other supplements I started on maca shakes then Viridian maca which have the 3 but need to improve my health further and come across this brand researching for red maca and WAW if you need calming and improve libido this is it

I purchased these capsules around 6 weeks ago in the hope that they would ease menopausal hot flashes. They have worked wonders and the hot flushes have pretty much gone. Having read reviews I stuck to two capsules a day with food-1 with breakfast and 1 with dinner and gave it time to build up in my system (maybe 3-4 weeks). So glad I gave it a go.

This absolutely worked in boosting my energy and productivity and concentration AND libido, BUT I'm gutted i had to stop taking it as I started breaking out in painful large spots on my face. I found through my research that this is becasue of the way my hormones are set up leaning towards having more testosterone. FYI I'm female.

I started taking these for menopausal issues, bleeding and pain. I had been checked and cleared for endometrial cancer and the Provera the doctor prescribed didn't really ease the spotting 100%. So I thought I'd do some research and found out about Maca root. I started on yellow and noticed a difference but the spotting remained the same as on the Provera, so I did more research and finally read about the 3 (?) different types. The red being the one for hormonal problems I found this brand (I'm dairy and wheat intolerant) was safe for me. I noticed the bleeding ease completely after the first dose and I've been free of the symptoms since. I intend to be a repeat buyer, no looking back for me. I am NOT stating that you shouldn't visit the doctor for bleeding and pain, obviously that's a must in case of cancer.

I feel less tired taking these and the peri-menopausal hot flushes I was beginning to experience prior seem to have vanished..
I like the fact that they are gelatinised for easier absorption and that they are organic. Capsules are great, because I’m not a fan of the taste of maca.

I am so thankful for this product. I took it earlier in the year to help with libido. I came off it for a while and then fell back in to recurring depression. I hadn’t realised it helped until I went back on them, just 1 pull per day. After 3 days it was like a switch flipped! No more constant negative thoughts and I can feel happiness again! I don’t know how it works but it does. I am feeling a bit clogged up though, maybe because of the fibre content, but it does not outweigh the benefits for me.
