I believe the product has helped me with energy levels, detox and I even noticed that combined with workout it helped me get that extra boost, I take it in the morning with empty stomach, i think it is worth giving it a try.

Time health product offers a 240mg of the most potent form, at an a competitive price.
I use it in combination with Acetyl L carnitine, to reduce nerve pain.
It's actually licenced in Germany for neuropathic pain associated with neuropathy.

Good to know this is the natural R form of ALA and not combined with the synthetic form as many out there are, therefore good value for money. In my opinion a vital supplement for health and longevity, no fillers or unnecessary ingredients added so an absolute staple in my supplement regime. Great product.

Very high quality supplement that I have been taking for a few months HOWEVER I was experiencing toothache, painful gums and multiple abscesses. Having researched ALA a bit more, it is apparently not suitable for people with amalgam fillings?! Please do your research and monitor any seemingly unrelated symptoms!

I found the Time Health bio enhanced R alpha lipoic acid of great value, i feel the improvement compared to my previous brand, it's helped me a great deal.

This is my second order of R-ALA, and I plan to try it out for 3-4 months before I decide on whether to continue it or not. So far, its clean and of good quality but perhaps I was expecting too much too soon.

ALA-R is the best form, and only form to take, in my opinion, and as far as all the research shows, that I have read about. No fillers or binders used, which again is best, for me.

I have been using for quite a while now, my body is able to absorb well, any that are not R- ALPHA LIPOIC ACID is not worth purchasing, having researched ALA.

I have nerve damage and i heard about R Lipoic acid for helping the nerves to regenerate so i tried other brands but didn't seem to help as the bioavailability is not good and the company's use fillers and binders to fill up there capsules. Then i made a discovery of Time health products and ever since I've been using there R-Lipoic acid my nerves feel better when i take there brand. Hopefully i will see better results over time, i will not stop taking the Time Health products i think they deliver good results.

First Class service and products

I have peripheral neuropathy in my feet. I have only been using it for a month but it seems to be helping. Too early to say for sure but I will continue with it.
