Easy to get into the habit of taking these every morning first thing and I leave them by the kettle to remind me! Was told by my doctor that I should start taking statins but refused because of their possible side effects plus the fact that my overall levels were only 5.9 - which used to be considered healthy until they moved the goalposts. Will have my annual blood test later this year so will report back then with the results. Fully intend to keep taking this supplement as one of the dangers of high cholesterol is that there are no symptoms so am grateful there are natural alternatives to help.

I have had the statin conversation with my GP and I decided on an alternative path. These plant sterols are easy to take and fit into any routine. Too early to say what effect they are having but I feel more positive for having done something for myself. They will make a difference, I am sure.

Having tried the drinks from the supermarket, along with other plant sterol-containing foods and supplements, Time Health plant sterols have been the only one to lower my cholesterol. I can't take statins. My stomach reacts quite violently to them - to put it nicely, both ends going at the same time, room spinning, all kinds. So I'm grateful having found this product.

I had been buying plant sterols from other companies for a few years, but I had doubts about the quality of the product. Time Health were able to answer my questions before I purchased these, which was reassuring. The capsules are easy to swallow and contain a high dosage of sterols so it's only necessary to take two tablets. My cholesterol has reduced dramatically since taking sterols and changing my diet, and I hope my levels will be even lower at my next appointment.

I had a yearly cholesterol check and I was taking 2 supplements per day and my reading was still higher than I hoped for so increased to 4 a day and it has now significantly reduced. I would recommend.

This is a follow up review to my first. Just to say I have just had a Cholesterol test and my Cholesterol has gone down from 6 2 to 5.5 already and after only a short while so looking promising for the future. I have an underlying condition that affects my cholesterol despite a strict lowering diet and excercise regime and have struggled so far to get it to lower at all. So I am very pleased as my Doctor is really pushing me to take statins that I do not want to take. I have no side effects whatsoever and am very happy with the results so far.

I have been on statins for 20 years and have suffered many of the side effects listed 'on the tin'. I decided to reduce my intake slowly and have now completely switched to Time Plant Sterols.
My cholesterol levels have been maintained and I now am pretty well cramp free and my muscle aches are reducing day by day. Who knows what is going on inside one's body, but these tabs appear to be working 'as designed.

I took a long time researching plant sterols, it was important to me that the ingredients were as natural as possible. I felt these ticked the box and I am taking 4 a day, which is 1.8g of plant sterols, giving myself the best chance of lowering my cholesterol

I am taking these sterols in order to reduce and eventually remove statins from my daily medication. The sterols do not have the same side effects and long term debilitating results seen from statins. So far, so good.

Time Health are one of the best manufactures and suppliers of supplements out there and my products always arrive very quickly. I like that their products are genuine with no added fillers, binders or other additives which is always a good thing as so many products are filled with other rubbish so you're not getting the full benefit of the product. I take two of these capsules each day, morning and evening and I've seen a significant improvement in blood pressure after 4 weeks, although they were initially brought to reduce my cholesterol so I'm very happy. Overall I'm very pleased with this product so far, hence I've just ordered more.

Can't wait to see the results after I have taken them for 3 months. Plan to continue using them...
