Phosphatidylserine – High Strength - SunPS® from Sunflowers - Focus & Cognition

Have been taking this for a while and it still appears to work. Am also taking a capsule just before I hit my bed at night - read somewhere/watched a video that it helps your cognitive function repair to kick in at night, whilst you sleep. Am giving it a go @ am now remembering some of my dreams again, though not every night. As they say - nothing ventured, nothing gained

Thank you - I do find it very effective. Even though it has been only few weeks, I will be honest I do feel much clear in thinking process and recalling things.. I will continue using it. Thanks

I’ve been taking this for a couple of months now. Initially – for the first two or three weeks, I felt no effect, but I persisted. Now, my recall and general cognition has definitely improved. I can even remember my car's registration number!
I'll certainly continue taking this - who knows what new pleasant surprises I'm in for!

Probably the cleanest PS on the market. Also comes in the highest dose per capsule. This really helps me get a good night's sleep and I tend to find myself waking refreshed and earlier when I do take it.

I’ve taken Phosphatidylserine by other brands in the past, but switched to these because I am consistently
impressed by Time Health and because these offer better value for money with a higher dose of PS per capsule than other brands. I have no issue with the capsules whatsoever. They are easy to swallow being a reasonable size and have minimal added fillers etc. I take two before bed and they give me the best night’s sleep. Will be buying again. Cannot fault Time Health.

My son finds these really help his ADHD symptoms. He takes them alongside other supplements from times health. He takes Lions Mane and Baccopa. Together these are really good fun r his cognition and concentration. He has ASD as well as ADHD. He also uses Krill at night and finds these help him sleep.

No problem with using them. Just follow the instructions. I also use Lions Mane and Bacopa capsules, as I have old age memory loss and these are a different colour to the other two. If you are going somewhere, the colour helps with taking them at a different time to the Bacopa ones.
