Having tried various types of mushrooms, I found that I only like the standard closed cup or large flat mushrooms as opposed to the other varieties such as Shitake and Lion’s Main. Not a problem if you take a mushroom supplement: and this supplement is organic which is an added bonus.

Both me and my mother have been taking the mushroom complex 6 together with some extra Lions mane capsules for a few weeks now. We have both noticed improvement in sleep quality (feeling more refreshed and more consistent sleep patterns, i.e., not waking up during the night). Also we have seen a significant reduction in anxiety. I stopped taking these capsules for a week to see if there appeared to be any correlation and within the first few days i felt noticeably more anxious. I have no resumed.The capsules are easy to swallow. I think these are well worth the price and we will definitely be buying more in the future. Perhaps I will increase the dose to see if they can provide additional benefits. I would say, for what they cost, give them a try, play around with the right dose for your needs and hopefully you will feel some benefits. Good product. Arrived within a couple of days.
