425mg Lions mane (Hericium Erinaceus‎) 50% Beta Glucans.

Capsule Shell: Hypromellose (HPMC) – vegan, gluten free, certified organic.

This is a 100% vegan product.

Suggested use:
As a food supplement for adults, Take 1 to 2 capsules spread out during the day, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
Do not exceed the stated recommended daily dose.
Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.

Shame this has been discontinued. It was great.

I have only had the product for one week so a bit premature to be asked for a review however the capsules are easy to take. Would give more stars if I was able to offer helpful feed back.

I always use time for my lions mane, there is a lot of rubbish out there, but this stuff works and if you pay the extra £, you get what you pay for. THANKS GUYS x

This Organic Ultra Strength Lion's Mane is partially disappointing. I should have read the details. It is hot water extracted but NOT dual extracted, ie... by alcohol as well. Not the usual science in it's preparation. My fault for not reading with enough attention. It may well be a good product but I am very disappointed to not get a high NGF product for my Peripheral Neuropathy. Science demands at least dual extracted. Shame I did write to Time and they could only refer me to their NGF version. I would have expected a dual extract for the money. A let down.

I've been using this particular Lions Mane, on and off, for the past 3-4 years now. I believe it brings a mental clarity, sharpness and ability to focus that diminishes when i'm not using it. I also feel calmer and more at ease in general. I think it is really helpful to my life in general.
