Organic Acerola Cherry Freeze-Dried - 26% Natural Vitamin C

I bought this product as the product I was using was getting increasingly more expensive. I found that this Time Health product was just as good, if not better, and at a good price. I live in the north of Scotland, but I still get my Time Health products in a matter of days. Good product - good people!

High strength vitamin C from a natural source

I bought this product to help top up my Vitamin C levels, as I know I don't always eat enough fruit and vegetables daily. Acerola cherry is known for its high Vitamin C levels, and this product offers all the goodness of the fruit in convenient capsules. So far, I've managed to keep the winter colds at bay, and that's with taking two capsules a day in divided doses (although you can take up to 4 capsules daily). At two capsules daily, the pot will last two months, which I think is not bad value. It's also organic, which means the acerola should have the highest levels of Vitamin C and other antioxidants. It's recommended to take these on an empty stomach, approx 30 minutes before food. I believe this is because Vitamin C is water soluble and absorbs better with fluids. The capsules contain no unnecessary fillers, and I have not noticed any side effects taking them. I have noticed improvements to my skin, however. I have always been prone to spots, blemishes and patches of redness, which have definitely reduced in severity and frequency since taking these. I would recommend you give these a try if you're looking to boost your immune system and overall health.

Love this supplement. I take it twice daily in winter to help my immune system. It has definately strengthened my immune system and ability to fight off colds /virus’. Will carry on taking it during the colder months for sure !

Always double my normal dose, along with 50,000 vit d, when I feel a cold/sore throat coming.These are the highest vitc doses I could find without any crap/bulkers/fillers in them, so I take close to 1000mg a day at the moment, part of a protocol for pre cancerous cells, they are pure, good price, good company, no complaints, highly recommend

I am really happy knowing this is true vitamin C, which is the best form, it has helped me maintain a healthy immune system.

Been taking these for a while now , they have really helped strengthen my immune system .. not getting as many colds as I used to. I like the idea they are ‘natural’ and organic and also no fillers and binders used. Will continue these.

After doing plenty of research on vitamin C i realised that what UK consumers usually purchase is abscorbic acid which is 1 of the components of vitamin C.. i wanted the real deal and came across this product with Time Health. It is a top notch product and is worth every penny.. i have noticed improved benefits in my immunity and so have my family members.. to anyone reading this give this product a go you will not be disappointed!

Vit C supplements - I never felt they did much good. I tried these as being organic and natural and I can tell the difference. I get occasional eczema and this now seems to subside more quickly than previously. My eyes also feel more comfortable. As someone with very sensitive teeth and permanent digestive issues post cancer, it is almost impossible for me reliably to get adequate Vit C from my diet and these capsules are therefore a bit of a godsend for me.

I have been taking this supplement for years because of a hormone issues due to Endometriosis. They have been a great help and I will continue taking them.

Excellent vitamin C from Time Health its easily absorbed as i personally open the capsules to put onto organic carrot juice or any other organic juice you prefer, definitely recommend knowing its clean ingredients , just perfect!
