I started taking these after watching two brothers on TV who suffered from chronic fatigue and what a difference a mushroom complex made to them, I too suffer from CFS and these have definitely made a difference to my energy levels, I'm able to do much more in a day. Also, they keep me regular!! Which is a real bonus!

Me and my husband have been using Time Health mushroom powders for a couple of years. I have read/heard many times, from many different sources about mushrooms benefits for gut health and immunity. Our 9 year old son has been struggling with reactive immune system since he was a toddler, mainly manifesting as eczema break outs. He regularly takes pro-biotics and is good at eating various vegetables, including sauerkraut. However, we have not yet managed to get him to eat (and enjoy) mushrooms. I have bought the supplement for him to try, being in capsule form, he was happy to have some mushrooms at last!
I have to say I’ve seen improvement in the amount of bouts of eczema he gets, and their severity. Especially in summer, he used to get bad rash on the back of his knees from playing on the grass wearing shorts. This summer he barely had a bit of dry skin at the back of knees and folds of arms. Thats it. No redness, no inflammation.
I do believe its due to the Mushroom complex, asnwe have changed nothing else in his diet or skincare.

Time Health Lions Mane gives mental clarity, lifts brain fog and tiredness. I first got Lions Mane for my Mum, who had Alzhemiers, it really improved her mood in the morning from foggy and grumpy to happy and jolly.
I tried and after a few weeks noticed, of daily added to morning coffee, that they symptoms of nerve damage in my leg had reduced by 90%. I had for a year had daily neural triggered spasms which were challenging to manage. Lions Mane reduced them. I told an associate and they noticed the same difference in their nerve damage.
A few other friends tried with their parents who had dementia and alzheimers and all noticed a positive difference.
It also adds a delicious nuttiness to coffee or coffee alternatives

I usually use Time Healths mushroom powder which I love however thought that I would try the capsules instead as I have been doing a lot of travelling recently and they are just as effective as the powder! Since taking them my brain fog and overall general immunity has improved and I shall keep on taking marvellous mushrooms indefinitely!!

I’m sure these helped my husband to get over a nasty virus. His immune system has been low as he had just come out of hospital after a knee replacement. He then had a nasty virus with a variety of antibiotics and a resurgence of the Lymes disease which makes itself apparent every time he’s ill. I’ve found by giving him a high dosage of mushroom complex helps him to get over the worst of it.

I started taking these 4 months ago I have had an iron-clad immune system and this is not usually the case, especially in Winter when the common cold is all around, I haven’t been struck down by it this season, and my energy levels are consistently higher even without my regular morning caffeine, my skin and hair are all round a lot better and feel like a rejuvenated version of myself with great levels of focus for work and productivity - highly recommend!

I'm normal a bit skeptical about things but I'm always willing to try something.
I can definitely say I have felt a difference since taking this supplement, a definite change in mood and my sleep is better for sure and I no longer have that brain fog feeling on my morning commute.
Also I can feel the difference when I forget to take them.

Felt a lot calmer and focused

Great product, I noticed a change in my concentration levels and also anxiety.

That's twice I've taken a break of 2+ months from taking these and twice I've noticed my stress levels and brain fog creep up again. Generally feel much better when I'm taking these, though if I take a couple at the one time, I sometimes upset my tummy a bit. Definitely better to follow the instructions and space them out. I take one in the morning about half an hour before breakfast and then have my mushroom coffee and I'm good for the day! If I remember, I'll have another later in the day too but what a difference even one makes.

Taking the mushroom complex everyday has been really straightforwards with no reaction of any kind.. I will give it time to see if I benefit health wise.

I bought these along with lions main as research showed they can increase BDNF within the brain, which can help with memory and mood. Combining everything made a noticeable difference.

It’s not Paul Stamets’ but it’s the next best thing you can find in this country.
