(New) Clinically Proven Menoduo Hops Extract: Contains xanthohumol - a prenylated flavonoid - which helps your body release more oxytocin, commonly referred to as the hormone of happiness. Other prenylated flavonoids in Menoduo offer pro-oestrogenic effects, which help combat the physical symptoms of menopause (hot flushes, loss of bone density, among others). It also contains bitter acids (α-acids, β-acids) which help to regulate mood, irritability, and improve sleep quality.

Menopower is a life saver for me, I have been taking it for at more than 6 months now and it works. I can not imagine being without it now. I had quite a few unpleasant symptoms physical and mental, especially extreme anxiety.
I couldn’t believe how quickly it worked, I must have only taken a few and noticed a big improvement. When I ran out and they were sold out I managed to get some of the individual ingredients, but the effect was not as good, this formula is well balanced and really works. I’m so happy it’s back in stock now.
These have given me some normality back in my battle against Menopause.
I feel a little more alert, not as confused and the sweats and hot flushes are down to a bare minimum.
An added bonus and something I had long since given up on is my Insomnia. I am asleep within 20/30 minutes of taking a tablet and whilst I still wake numerous times I now find myself going straight back to sleep each time whereas before I lay awake for hours.

It has been good. I have only had one month's supply and I already have more energy and am sleeping better. I have already recommended it to friends.
Started taking menopower after having to come off hrt due to breast cancer, felt terrible without hrt and menopower was recommended to me, have been taking it ever since and feeling so much better .
This has transformed my sleep. I take one tablet 30 mins before bed and now sleep right through with no waking. Even if I miss a day then effects continue. I've been taking this for about 6 months and it seems to help me more than just taking magnesium.
I stopped taking HRT four months ago but found I became more anxious and my thinking became more muddled. I've only been taking this for a month but my mood has improved and my mind doesn't feel as chaotic as it did. I checked out the ingredients and they seem to be safe and at sensible amounts apart from the B12 but they say that you pee out any excess you don't need. Bearing in mind all the ingredients the supplement seems great value compared to some of the other menopause supplements currently on the market.
That supplement cotaints all the stuff u need to handle the situation!

Instantly stopped waking up due to night sweats. I went away and forgot my capsules. My night sweats returned within 2 days. Only thing I don’t like is the size of the capsule as I think it is a bit big and hard to swallow sometimes. I highly recommend Meno Power as it has given me back a good night’s sleep that I wouldn’t have otherwise.

I purchased this to try when it was launched, and I found this to be very effective, as when I ran out, I noticed a great change. The improvements I realised I was benefitting from when I took it, were : more positive mood, glowing complexion, reduced monthly migraine pain, higher libido and less painful periods. Firstly I LOVE the packaging. These come neatly packed in a slim pouch and take up hardly any room in the cupboard at all. I’ve reached a certain age and had started experiencing night sweats. Im not keen on the whole menopause idea at all to be honest; I’ve read the reviews and seriously it all sounds a bit rubbish. ♀ After a bit of googling I had a list of supplements I wanted to try. These have everything recommended and I have to say I do notice a difference; so far ^touch wood^ the night sweats have totally calmed down. Excellent!!
The tablets are easy to swallow and I find them tasteless.
Time and age are going to have their way obviously but I’ve no plans to suffer needlessly, these are working for me! Recommend.
