Ingredients & Suggested Use

Ingredients:
1500mg of AquaMin® marine calcium derived from Lithothamnion provides 480mg of calcium and 33mg of magnesium.

Suggested Use:
As a food supplement for adults.
Take 1500mg to 2250mg per day, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. 1/2 teaspoon equals 1500mg.

Advice:
Do not exceed the stated recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking prescription medication, or under medical supervision, it is advisable to consult with a GP before taking this supplement.

Fabulous,would recommend

Really have no way of knowing the effects but it mixes easily and is tasteless so is easy to take

I assume it's doing it's job, as I can't really tell. I don't eat dairy so need a good source of calcium for bones and teeth as I get older.

This is a natural, and also very cost effective way to ensure my daily calcium intake is optimal for bone health. Just 1/2 tsp meets ~50% of my recommended daily amount, the rest 50% can be easily derived from food. It's essentially the same as the far more expensive "AlgaeCal".

Great product. Like that it's in a powder so I can determine how much to take. Tablets are large, full of filler and usually in to high a dose for one go.
