Phytoceramides – Clinically Proven Lipowheat® – Anti-Ageing Skin Support

Phytoceramides alongside with MSM and one of Acerola powder are my go to beauty supplemets from TH. Ive done a course ( had also Silica from other brand) and can tell the difference on my facial skin. Planning to keep repeating the process on 2 months on / 2 months off basis and potentially stop with injections or minimise them. Happy happy happy 😊

Since I have been using tretinoin, vitamin C serum, and microneedling, which can be quite drying and irritating to the skin, the fact that I still notice hydration improvements while using the Time Health Phytoceramides suggests that they are working well for me. Repurchasing

My nails were thin and three were cracking vertically. They have now grown out sturdy and with no splits. I am on my third month.

My nails are stronger and are not chipping or splitting after just a few weeks. For some reason being made “from Lipowheat” makes the difference. I used another product for years but when they changed their formula and quit claiming it was derived from Lipowheat my nails began chipping and splitting. I am so glad I found this product.

I have taken supplement for several weeks. Previously taken a different skin supplement. I am sure it provides skin nutrition to delay the aging process. It assists with other skin products that provide anti aging benefits.

As a senior it generally takes longer for results to show especially where my skin is concerned. So I was surprised and pleased when I noticed that my facial skin looks better at all let alone after only a few months of taking this supplement. My face looks brighter and healthier and less tired. I am really pleased about this and put it down to taking something not bulked out with nasties which allows the product a fighting chance to do its job.

I’ve been taking this product for years actually, and despite having dry skin which is something I’ve pretty much always suffered with, I have very few wrinkles. So, I do think this product has helped. I’ve lived in cold and in 40c and still none, I think other factors also play a role as part of a multi factorial web. Hope this helps!

No miracles but definite improvement in my (mature) skin. Abandoning Hope in a Jar for working on the inside seemed an obvious notion once I’d thought about it and worth a try. It takes time to see results but I believe there are some, enough to keep me taking it and seeing where it will take me longer term.

Great, easy to swallow

This supplement is the best I’ve tried because I can see an almost immediate improvement on my skin. Also they are reasonably priced and packaged in a letterbox sized envelope. So I definitely recommend these supplements among the other supplements from Tome Health.

I liked this supplement and it would need to be taken for a long time before I would really notice a big difference to my wrinkles. It did start to smooth out the lines so I think it would need repeat purchases to notice real change like most things.

I have been taking the Phytoceramides for nearly three weeks. I noticed the pores on my face have almost disappeared but not much dramatic change to the wrinkles around my eyes. Also the skin on my arms and thighs seem smoother. I hope to see continuing improvements in future as I continue taking this supplement.

I’ve been using these capsules for a month. I’ve noticed that my nails and hair are growing faster and stronger than usual. My skin on my legs also seems more moisturised without the use of body lotion. A good product that I will continue to use.

I bought phytoceramides for my prone to dryness skin, and I can say that it helps. Before I used to apply cream again and again but the skin was still dry and pores are large. After about a week I noticed I only need to apply cream two times a day, also the pores look smaller. I am very happy it delivers the effect it claims to.
