Ingredients & Suggested Use

Other ingredients: Brown Rice Flour.

This is a 100% vegan product.
Our capsule shell is made from Pullulan derived from Tapioca.

Suggested Use:
As a food supplement for adults, take 1 capsule per day with food, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.

I bought this brand of L. Reuteri probiotic because it states that it is L. Reuteri GL-104. Many L. Reuteri on the market do not say which strains it contains, which is unhelpful. Different strains have different effects. I need GL-104 to help to manage my blood glucose level.
Research indicated that L. Reuteri GL-104 and L. Salivarius AP-32 decreased glycemic level in mice, therefore they potentially have a therapeutic effect for people who have type 2 diabetes.

After taking Time Heath's L. Reuteri for 3 months, my HbA1c has gone down a little. This could be just a coincident, but I'll continue to take it. I like the detail labelling and the price is reasonable.
