I have been using this specific brand of ashweganda and have definitely felt more beneficial affects from doing so. I really like that i can take it whenever I wish, usually in the morning but it's ok if I forget and it comes in a easy to swallow but potent capsule providing me with reduces stress levels and a sense of wellbeing through the harder winter months

I've been buying KSM for years, but glad I can now get it from the same place I buy all my other supplements. This is a high dose too, so I only take 1 per day, which is less than my previous brand. The cost works out around 14p per day! Well worth it.
