Just what I need

I take 2 digestive enzymes with my evening meal as well as a gut healing combo from my herbalist and follow a strict grain free diet. It has taken a year, but I am well and completely off all toxic prescribed drugs for reflux. The digestive enzymes are essential in this battle.

Since taking these digestive enzymes my life has changed for the better. No more pain and bloating. I can hardly believe it. I'm eating a greater variety of foods and I'm sleeping better. I take one capsule with my breakfast, two with my main meal at lunchtime and one with my light evening meal. These enzymes have improved my quality of life far more than I could ever have expected. I have now done further research further to my initial review of this product and found amazing relief from the painful symptoms of IBS. First, all enzymes need to be taken BEFORE eating. The instruction 'with food' is a bit ambiguous. Secondly, I am now taking 1 x Sytemic Proteolytic Enzymes and 1 x Bromelain, plus 1 x Digestive Enzymes first thing approximately 1 hours before breakfast. I take 1 x Digestive Enzymes 10 minutes before a light lunch, and then all 3 again approximately an hour before supper. This is a miracle worker and has helped me so very much I just wanted to share!

I have found these helpful in coping with some of the symptoms of IBS. They do ease wind and I haven’t suffered any painful stomach cramps since taking them. They also help to regulate bowel movements. Having read other helpful reviews, I have followed some of the advice of other users and I take one capsule after a light lunch, and 2 capsules after larger meals of ones with ingredients that I know are likely to be tricky. I am not cured (of course!) but the Digestive Enzymes have made life easier for me. I will continue to use them. Thank you Time Health for another great product.

Basically i tried miriad of different meds and supplements and nothing work as good as Digestive Enzymes from Time Health. Ofc it won't heal you from SIBO but it helps tremendously if you take it with every meal. Highly recommend it!

Another thing that drew me to this company was the 'no filler' guarantee; it's good to know that my supplements are full of unnecessary toxic ingredients. I also like the free delivery option, which is extremely rare now. Overall I'm very glad I found Time Health supplements. Just this evening I realised that the magnesium I'm taking from another company is 3 times more expensive than the exact same supplement offered by Time, so I will be switching brands on this too. I would highly recommend these digestive enzymes, they are particularly helpful taken with a meal of carbs, protein and fats together, and I would recommend the company generally.

I’d just about given up on finding relief from the bloating, gas and discomfort that had become a fixture in my life. Then I found these and they actually worked! My belly felt more comfortable after the first dose but within a few days I felt like a new woman. I’d forgotten what it was like to be able to eat and not feel pain. I’ve tried loads of different brands but none worked as well as these, so definitely worth a try. I don’t take anything else so I know the improvement is down to these enzymes.

I have tried literally dozens of digestive enzymes over the years and, honestly, this Time product is the only one I can recommend. I suffer from both IBS and acid reflux and had to find a formulation that does not contain the dreaded Betaine HCI (equals hydrochloric acid) – many of the products do contain this. These capsules offer a wide spectrum of digestive enzymes, and in generous amounts, and I take them with lunch and supper – usually just 1 capsule with each meal. I find I can eat more foods now, even the foods forbidden on most IBS diets. I take 2 for larger fatty meals or if there's a lot of dairy or certain vegetables which are hard to digest. They've included a good dose of alpha-galactosidase, an expensive enzyme which helps digest foods like beans. I find this supplement very helpful and have not suffered any side effects whatsoever.

Great to find clean digestive enzymes with no fillers, additives & binders. Along with changing what i eat and when i eat these settle my stomach from the silent reflux nicely.
Taken on am empty stomach abt an hour before food and again on empty stomach at bedtime they are helping to keep the bubbling up of the reflex down and have calmed my allergies which has helped my sinuses so much. I would take them during the day too but im not in a financial position to purchase these often to do that.
