I love that Time Health have a natural source of vitamin D with no additional bulking. Been taking these for a few months along with Magnesium and so far so good.

This is exactly what I was looking for - clean, wholesome product with no unnecessary additives such as fillers, binders and other harmful ones that are usually found in other brands and supplements bought over the counter. I highly recommend these capsules, I have my whole family taking these to help support our immunity, bones (K2 helps to ensure the goodness ends up exactly where it should) and teeth. Vitamin D supplements are so important for the immune system especially when the sun is scarce. Time Health products are excellent and delivery is amazingly fast so I never run out.

I had a blood test recently which revealed I was low in vitamin D,the doctor prescribed a six week course of one capsule per week containing 50,000iu which I thought was a lot.
After the second week I started to feel really unwell(nausea,shaking,severe headaches) so I stopped taking them and looked for a more natural alternative.
Thought I would try Time Health as their capsule shell was tapioca instead of the usual gelatine (animal) and micro crystalline cellulose(known bladder irritant)
Although I initially thought they were expensive I decided that at approximately 50p a day it was worth it for the quality(what can you buy for 50p nowadays that is going to make a difference to your health and well being?)
My original symptoms have much improved,it’s hard to believe that being low on a vitamin can make you feel so bad(fatigue,low mood,bone and muscle pain,to name a few of the worst symptoms)
I will be ordering this product again and have also ordered their vitamin B complex and Astaxanthin antioxidant capsules .

Fabulous quality product as usual from Time Health and it's good to have confidence in doing so. The results have been marked improvement for the issue I was trying to address as well as knowing how generally beneficial it is when taken with K2. I was diagnosed with vitamin D deficiency and was told to take 15000unit per day. I had been taking those for past 6 month and now my vitamin D shows above average. I can now even reduce my dose. That makes so much difference to my mood and physical capabilities.

Time will tell if this supplement will perform for my body as I keep using. I like the fact it has enough potency to take one capsule per day. The taste is tolerable. The size is satifactory. I'm happy so far.

I have been taking these supplements for the last 2 years now and they are fantastic at keeping my immune system healthy and strong.

Excellent, ive been using time health for a while and have found these tablets to be work well. They lift my mood and remove anxiety. Im not advising anyone else too but take more than the recommended dosage as thats what my body needs and I feel great. I have tried stopping using them and my anxiety returned and then went again after 2 days of taking 6 capsules and then I reduced down again.

I really appreciate that this supplement is made from food and includes K2 and a complex of D. I can't take synthetic D3 as it throws my hormones into a tailspin. Cooler-processed cod liver oil is okay, but too much of that and I've overdosed on retinol and smell like fish!
So, yay for having this great option! Not sold anywhere in the states! I plan to order this again and again. Thank you!
