This powder tastes very mild, even mixed in small amount of water, when I take it in the evenings. I'm not long started on this supplement though I think it is helping my health overall with my joints, as well as my skin. It's a great product by a great company!

It's a little early for results maybe, though I think there have been positive changes overall in my body and skin. collagen is essential to have healthy body and help recovery in case of injury, haven't noticed any difference using this collagen though, maybe need more and longer, will give benefit of doubt so 4 stars not less, but for 5 stars I would need some noticeable results
