I started using this as they had stopped selling the Ultra Collagen Complex. I wasn't sure if this would be as good, but for a postmenopausal woman if has been excellent for my hair! I would just say it will take time to work as the body prioritises collagen in the body to the more essential parts and hair is not considered a priority, but it's definitely worth the patience! My hair is a lot thicker and more resilient than before, which is great for afro hair! This is also better value for money than the Ultra Collagen Complex. I now see collagen as an essential supplement as my body ages, and have now placed this on a subscription order.

Well priced, fast delivery. Lots of debate about the effectiveness of collagen atm. I use this daily in my overnight porridge. I have defo seen an improvement in the condition of my skin, nails, hair and eyelashes of all things! As expected at 60+ it’s nothing major but noticeably better.

I put it in my coffee in the morning and it dissolves really well with no taste. Two people said this morning that they couldn’t believe I was over 60 ( well over!) so that’s nice!

This powder tastes very mild, even mixed in small amount of water, when I take it in the evenings. I'm not long started on this supplement though I think it is helping my health overall with my joints, as well as my skin. It's a great product by a great company!

It's a little early for results maybe, though I think there have been positive changes overall in my body and skin.
