I have started to take calcium because I was prescribed a drug that reduces the calcium level in my body. I have to say that since the third week I have started noticing feeling more agile and "lighter" in my body when it comes to exercise. Also, my nails - which were very weak - are now very strong.

i have been taking a gram a day as directed for the last year (as part of a longevity stack with NMN and a few other bits) and although its difficult to say what effects i'm getting i trust the science behind it and feel fantastic and the best i ever felt age 43!

Finished one packet. Starting the second one today. Might still be early to tell on energy levels but am continuing to take it to find out. I love the plastic free packaging, no bad fillers and easy to swallow capsules.

Too early to tell if this will have a long lasting effect but I believe it has given me more energy. Will definitely continue over the coming months especially over winter to see if it continues to have this effect. And super interested to see if it will help with my rapidly greying hair!

So far I'm liking it! I like the combination of these two ingredients as I like a combined supplement, but not necessarily a multi combo, so this fits the bill. I feel like I will be getting this one again!
