My partner has suffered for years from IBS. Then it got worse when he had to take some preventative antibiotics and it threw his digestive system completely off track. Having suffered with excessive wind and stomach cramps for years, I was keen to try these probiotics which have 55 billion CFU. After two or three weeks I definitely noticed an improvement in my symptoms, especially at bedtime, they certainly have settled things down for me and I am pleased with my purchase. Quality vitamins that really work

Been using for 3 weeks now made a big difference to my tummy as i take low dose anti biotic every evening for water infection so to counteract killing off the good bugs i take this its super helpful and i know its doing me good as removing the good bacteria can be a knock effect of so many things going wrong with your health auto immune, alzimers, ( leaky gut) ibs and so on thank you guys u have so many products i choose to purchase for my many issues

I haven't purchased any other pre or pro biotics so cannot compare. However since taking this Time Health supplement my gut health has improved and I'm sure my general well-being has also changed for the better. I no-longer have bloating or large amounts of gas, that used to be a constant nuisance. I have been repeat ordering as I feel this product is definitely of benefit and would recommend. Time Health customer service is excellent and products are in my opinion reasonably priced.

I actually buy them for my husband who has MS and also MCAS (mast cell activation syndrome) which is probably nothing to do with the MS but is a nuisance. He would get rashes and itchy hives for no apparent reason but, on doing some detective work, I found that certain bio-cultures can help. However, I also found other cultures can make things worse so I made a list and then hunted through many suppliers until I found these from Time Health. Out of all the strains listed only one was on my naughty list so we gave them a go. So far so good, no rashes or itching and so no reason to stop buying them! Thank you Time Health People!
