Miss it when I stop taking!
Noticed that I am not snacking and eating between meal since taking Berberine. Haven't weighed myself yet as I feel that I haven't been taking it long enough to show any weight loss but I haven't had any side effects so will carry on and finish the bottle.Good company to buy from with quick deliveries.
Fully recommend this type of berberine, I was taking a different brand for far too long and it had stopped working.so im glad I found these!
Very very quick service. However. I gave 4/5 due to the taste of the berberine. It is very strong, tastes like wheat so you might want to try starting with 60 capsules before getting more but that doesn't take away from the awful taste.

I have been taking Berberine for many years and I am very happy with Time Health’s product. I have PCOS and have found that Berberine helps my symptoms, but have always noticed stomach issues with taking it, I’ve always just dealt with it because the benefits outweighed the cons but Time Health’s version has not given me those issues, so I’m thrilled!
I have been really happy with this product, its not easy to find berberine with the phytosome formula for much better absorption and with a decent amount of berberine per capsule and at a very reasonable price! - I take three capsules each day, each one 30 minutes before food - my goal is to reduce my hereditary high cholesterol and I am pleased to say that my latest blood tests show a decrease in total cholesterol from 7.3 to 6.2 after just a couple of months - ive just ordered that bigger pot of these for even better value - highly recommended!
This is my second purchase of this item, and I am almost finished the bottle, I will definitely be purchasing again.
