Bacopa Monnieri also is known as Brahmi, it's a small, nootropic herb with purple flowers. It grows in wet and sandy areas and near streams in tropical regions. Bacopa is usually associated with Ayurveda, a traditional Indian system of medicine developed over 3000 years ago. For centuries, bacopa has been used in Ayurveda medicine as a natural cognitive enhancer.

Bacopa is used by many to improve memory formation and speed of recall, enhance learning and enhance the clarity of thought. A number of studies support the positive effects of BM such as a piece of research by the British Journal of Clinical Pharmacology indicating that there was robust evidence for improving cognitive performance, including learning, delayed recall, visual retention of information and total memory.

I have been taking this supplement for about 2 months. I really don't know if it has had any beneficial effect: perhaps less brain fog. Certainly hasn't helped cognitive abilities. Still can't bring the right words to mind. I am still very disorganised. I can't answer the next question because there should also be a place for "Don't know."I will have to put "No" otherwise the survey can't be sent, although I am not sure. The capsules have not had any obvious adverse effects.

No problem as it's easy to remember to take at the same time either before or just after eating a meal. Saw this when I was purchasing Lions Mane here, for my memory problems. Read about it online and decided to get it as well. My recall appears to be slowly gradually getting better - my husband has noticed it more than I have, so thumbs up

Couple of weeks taking 2 caps a day stacked with the high strength ashwagandha and feel the positive effects of the bacopa. First couple of days it just made me feel sleepy but now it’s just mental clarity, endurance and recovery.

Will cycle off for a week/2 to see how long it takes benefits to disappear and then jump back on to continue enjoying the current state of mind it brings. I recommend it for anyone who uses a lot of mental energy day to day.

Much like Cordyceps, this product reduces high levels of cortisol.
Again, like Cordyceps, it is most effective when taken in the morning when cortisol levels are highest. It has a relaxing effect on your nerves.

I was advised by a friend of mine to try this particular adaptogen to help with symptoms of (as yet undiagnosed as awaiting assessment) adhd. I also suffer with fibromyalgia and I have to say I'm blown away by the change in my cognition, executive functions, fatigue levels and general ability to cope with life, which considering the time we are currently living in is a bold statement! It has also drastically reduced my appetite and tendancy to binge eat. Will purchase again for sure!

Lo assumo da poco tempo e per la prima volta, quindi è presto per esprimere un giudizio. Ma sono certo vista l'alta concentrazione dei principi attivi, la serietà dell'azienda e la fantastica esperienza positiva avuta con Sensoril® Optimized Ashwagandha, anche in questo caso i risultati saranno ottimi.
