I’m trying this for the first time as an addition to my daily Greek yogurt for its added benefits and extra vitamin C. In yogurt the taste isn’t noticeable and hard to describe when tasted on its own - not like cherries, but like a healthy tart fruit or veg taste.

Excellent whole food source of Vitamin C - Great taste

natural vitamin C tastes good and be healthy to our body, and enhances our immune system . but the international delivery fee is not cheap.

I bought this because I needed a whole food source of vitamin C in order to make my iron supplements more bio available. The iron supplements that I'm taking gives me adverse affects (such as an upset stomach and cystic acne).

I take a teaspoon of this powder in a drink every time I take the iron. Kinda tastes like tomato juice. Not sure if I'm getting adequate amounts of vit C, but all I know is, if I fail to take this with my iron supplement, the aforementioned side effects comes back. So it is serving the purpose I bought it for!

Powder tends to clump if you spoon into liquid so sprinkle over and allow to disolve, then stir. Good price for the strength.

I think the efficacy of vitamins etc can be measured by how you feel when you dont take them! I love this product, so much easier to dissolve than the synthetic Ascorbic Acid. Flavour wise, it's ok it tastes more like watery tomato soup but it's not horrible and I feel great taking it, especially time of month, seems to keep my mood up and tummy cramps at bay.

This is the most potent source of Vitamin-C that I know, and easily the best value for money. More-over, since I have intolerance issues, I cannot take Amla or Citrus based sources of Vit-C, so this is a real life saver for me. I find I easily tolerate 3-4g Vit-C per day, or 3 heaped teaspoons of this powder, and it has completely cured my migraines which were due to over-toxicity. I am very grateful to find this product because it has substantially improved my quality of life.

The synthetic ascorbic acid is not real vitamin C, stay away from it. But This is the highest the most bioavailable organic acerola cherry natural vitamin C ever, take 2 grams every hour or two to saturate your system with vitamin C and to strengthen your immune system to fight any disease including covid19. Powder is a bit messy but I wouldn't use anything else that comes in unneccessary capsules or with fillers/additives, it's the only pure way to get this great vitamin.
