Acerola seems to be working good for keeping me free of the coughs and colds, whereas previously I was contracting a cough/cold nearly every couple of weeks. Not had anything since but if anyone around me has symptoms I up my dose to 4 for a few days. Much gentler on the stomach than the usual type of vitamin C.

Love this product and highly recommend it. It is an excellent way to add vitamin c into my daily regimen to give my immune system a bit of a boost without an upset stomach which I was having with other types of vitamin c. Before taking it I was literally getting every bug that people had within my vicinity but after taking Acerola for 2months this is now thankfully not the case.

As I have a very sensitive stomach, this is only Vit C I can take that is gentle on my stomach and also a lot better quality. I had read a previous review from someone who quoted their nutritionist who i knew had recommended this Vitamin C and that was me sold as I knew it was 100% good if nutritionist was recommending it as would I.

I am so impressed with the enormous boost in energy that I have derived from taking this Vitamin C in conjunction with the Guava Leaf natural Zinc. Having read Dr Jenny Goodman's book Staying Alive in Toxic Times I decided to take her supplementation advice for beating the winter blues - and it works! I am inclined to cynicism and wary of the placebo affect, but within a couple of days I felt transformed and bounced back to life - accepting invitations I would previously have rejected with the explanation I was in hibernation. This is a revelation and I am delighted! PS. Love this Vit C as natural and best gentle on Stomach, as i cannot take other Vit C and was highly reccommeded this Vit C as best form from a nutritionist. I’ve been taking these for well over a year now along with the D-K2 and have noticed a huge improvement in immune function and overall well-being. I rarely catch colds anymore and if I do they are gone within a couple of days!
Vitamin C plays so many roles within the body from collagen synthesis to cardio vascular health so it’s not just good for immunity.
