I opened each capsule, sprinkle it on my food, once cooled, then chew it with my portion of food as l feel salivating it increases its absorbtion. It's such a mild pleasant taste too
I go this with many capsules including vegan omega 3, plus Timehealth digestive enzymes.
If a supplement has very strong flavour l tip contents onto little water and drink uf immediately for quick absorbtion without having to ingest capsules

I am aware of the importance of taking D3 and K2 together so taking them in one capsule is perfect. Being high strength and plant based for me as a vegetarian is an added bonus.

I trust that time health sells good quality supplements. These are Vit D3 K2 in capsule. I hope they soon have them in jelly bean type.

No exaggeration, I honestly tried a total of FIVE other types from different brands ( both oil
& pill variants) trying to find the best suited vitamin D that was clean (non rancid & free of unnecessary added fillers or ingredients) and effective via a significant period of exhaustive trial and error before trying this from TH and I’m really happy with it ending up being The One! It’s now my daily staple! I also recently received an uplifting comment about how good I look & seem to be doing lately and this is only thing I can think of added to my routine that I’ve been diligently consistent with, nothing much else has changed so it must be making a noticeable positive difference to my outer appearance even beyond my awareness! Have been taking this supplement for quite some time now and wouldn’t be without it. I love the fact that it’s plant based, with no additives or fillers as this is something that concerns me deeply. If you’re taking several supplements and they all contain these unwanted extras, how do they affect your body over time and do these effects outweigh any possible good the supplements are supposed to do? I wonder …

Another great Time Health product. It's a high-strength Vitamin D very helpfully combined with K2 in a more natural form that should be more bioavailable. There are no nasties or fillers, too. Since taking this over the last few winters, the rare colds that I get have been very mild, so a thumbs up from me.

Asked to cancel my order the same day I ordered the item as it was going to my previous address and was refused. Tried to collect item from old address but no luck, terrible service and lost out on £20.
