Tanya has 18 years experience as a professional Homeopath and Nutritional Therapist. Her approach is holistic and she provides an integrative service to her clients utilising nutritional guidance, supplements, homeopathy, herbs, tissue salts and flower remedies. Tanya is regularly consulted for help by clients suffering from fatigue, anxiety, burnout, hypothyroidism, female hormone imbalances, gastrointestinal issues, infections, hayfever and for homeopathic support for children’s health. Tanya also uses functional testing and Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis (HTMA) when indicated to inform her recommendations. Six years ago, Tanya made a profound life change and left the UK for the countryside of south-west Portugal, seeking a more self-sufficient existence more in tune with nature.

Qualifications

– Nutritional Medicine Degree (BSc). – Homeopathy (Diploma). – Regular continuing professional development through The Centre of Homeopathic Education (CHE) and various nutritional medicine webinars. – Tanya is studying herbalism on the Bridging The Gap herbal course for practitioners (this includes medicinal mushrooms). – Registration: The Association of Naturopathic Practitioners (ANP).
