Don is a degree qualified nutritional practitioner who graduated in 2018 after 4 years of study from the Centre of Nutrition and Lifestyle Management School (CNELM) and Middlesex University in nutritional science. He has extensive knowledge in a wide range of holistic disciplines and wellness and is a published author writing for Functional Sport Nutrition Magazine, Physique Global and The Wellness Room. He has 20 years of corporate experience, an active athletic competitive performance career, plus advanced exercise and NLP qualifications. Adopting a functional medicine approach which provides integrative practical tools to help people thrive.
