Loyalty Rewards Terms and Conditions
1. Eligibility
1.1 The Loyalty Rewards programme is available to Consumers only.
1.2 Business Customers are not eligible to earn or redeem Loyalty Rewards.
2. Earning Loyalty Store Credit
2.1 Eligible purchases made through a non business account will earn Loyalty Store Credit equal to 2 percent of the qualifying purchase value.
2.2 Loyalty Store Credit is calculated on the net order value after discounts and excluding delivery charges, taxes where applicable, and refunded items.
2.3 Subscription renewal orders may accrue Loyalty Store Credit where eligible.
3. Pending Period
3.1 Loyalty Store Credit is subject to a 72 hour pending period following the successful processing of an order before it becomes available for use.
3.2 Where a subscription is cancelled within the 72 hour pending period, Loyalty Store Credit for that order will be void and will not be issued.
4. Redemption of Loyalty Store Credit
4.1 Loyalty Store Credit may be redeemed at checkout against eligible one time purchase orders.
4.2 Loyalty Store Credit cannot currently be redeemed against subscription renewal orders, including Subscribe and Save renewals.
4.3 Loyalty Store Credit has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another account.
5. Account Management
5.1 Loyalty Store Credit balances and transaction history can be viewed through the Consumer’s My Account area.
5.2 Consumers are responsible for ensuring their account details are accurate and up to date.
6. Misuse and Fair Use
6.1 The Loyalty Rewards programme is intended for genuine personal use.
6.2 Repeated cancellation of subscriptions or orders within the pending period for the purpose of generating Loyalty Store Credit may be treated as misuse of the programme.
6.3 Where misuse is reasonably suspected, we reserve the right to withhold, remove, or revoke Loyalty Store Credit, and to restrict or exclude the Consumer from future participation in the Loyalty Rewards programme.
7. General
7.1 We reserve the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the Loyalty Rewards programme at any time. Any changes will not affect Loyalty Store Credit already validly accrued prior to the change, unless misuse or fraud is identified.
7.2 Our decision regarding eligibility, accrual, redemption, and misuse of Loyalty Store Credit shall be final.
