2026 Survey - Terms and Conditions

Thank you for taking a few minutes to complete this survey. Your feedback helps us improve our products and services.

Survey responses are used for research purposes only. We will never share your responses with third parties. If you choose to enter the prize draw, your contact details will be processed separately from your survey responses.

As a thank you, you will have the option to enter a prize draw upon completion of the survey.

 

SURVEY AND PRIZE DRAW TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Promoter

The promoter is Time Health UK, 10a Ashdown Business Park, Uckfield, TN22 2DU.

 

2. Eligibility

The prize draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over. Employees of the promoter and their immediate families, or anyone otherwise professionally connected with the promotion, are not eligible to enter.

 

3. Entry

Entry is free and no purchase is necessary.

To enter, participants must complete the survey and submit a valid email address when prompted.

Only one entry per person is permitted. Duplicate entries or entries submitted via automated means will not be valid.

 

4. Opening and closing dates

The prize draw opens on launch of the survey and closes at 23:59 on 30 June 2026. Entries received after this time will not be included.

 

5. The prize

One winner will receive a prize. The exact nature of the prize may vary and will be confirmed to the winner at the point of notification.

The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable. No cash alternative will be offered unless explicitly stated by the promoter.

The promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative of equal or greater value in the event of circumstances outside its reasonable control.

 

6. Winner selection and notification

The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries within 7 days of the closing date.

The winner will be contacted via the email address provided at entry. If the winner does not respond within 7 days of initial contact, the promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

 

7. Publicity

The promoter may request the winner’s consent to use their name and general location for promotional purposes. Participation in publicity is optional and not a condition of accepting the prize.

 

8. Data protection

Providing an email address is optional and only required to enter the prize draw.

Personal data supplied for the purpose of the prize draw will be used solely for administering the promotion, unless you have expressly opted in to receive future communications.

All personal data will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection legislation and the promoter’s Privacy Policy

 

9. General

The promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, or suspend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

The promoter’s decision regarding any aspect of the promotion is final and binding.

These terms and conditions are governed by English law, and entrants submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
