This order was the fastest delivery ever!
I take zinc daily but wasn't always taking copper. I love how this supplement includes copper so I won't have to worry and one less capsule to buy/take.
I'm new to Time, only just found them online and I'm impressed with the amount of capsules per bottle and price. I'll be replacing many of my other brands with this one.
And though it's not important, I really like how the packaging looks.

Im really glad I bought Triple zinc complex with copper and b6 im noticing positive results as before I was using a inferior product from another company, not time health. I fully recommend Time Health products even though ive only used 1, they are high strength and value for money, as soon as im near the end of my zinc tablets I will definitely order more.

I love how thoughtfully this formula has been put together. Combining zinc with copper and vitamin B6 makes it an excellent nighttime supplement.
Too many zinc supplements overlook the importance of copper. Long-term zinc supplementation without adequate copper can contribute to copper deficiency, as zinc can reduce copper absorption. Including copper helps maintain a healthy mineral balance and supports normal immune function.
The addition of vitamin B6 is another big plus. B6 supports normal energy metabolism, the nervous system, immune function, and helps reduce tiredness and fatigue. It also plays an important role in the body's use of zinc and many other nutrients.
It's great to see a manufacturer that has clearly considered the science rather than simply offering zinc on its own. A well-balanced formula that I'd happily recommend.

Made a real difference

I have a couple of damaged nails and have tried other zinc tablets on the market, but the Time Health one if the only one which has made a real difference and both nails are now growing better and looking much more healthy. Maybe it's the combination of the 3 different types of zinc, I don't know, but I am so pleased!
