Have used your product in the past and as good a product as it may be but I always buy my Curcumin from Good Health Naturally have done for some time now.

So far so good , I got this as part of my cancer protocol, I started taking one tablet and going to increase to 2 per day , only positive things so far , no issues and very happy with my purchase and will re purchase

I have been using optimised curcumin for a number of years now. I don't specifically have any outright health complaints, I am using it for overall longevity. I don't feel any different from taking it - but I don't expect to, I am following scientific studies with show numerous benefits when using optimised curcumin. I have not had any kind of side effects in using this product.

I use the product with other supplements for cognitive support and anti-inflammatory and antioxidant benefits.
It's free of any nasty additives and is the usual high quality you would expect from time health.
That said I do believe it would be beneficial to add black pepper, to the product.

I had been researching Curcumin for awhile and thought I’d give it a try. Like all of the other products I’ve had from Time Health products, this product actually works. It has really helped with getting my inflammatory pain down.Will definitely buy again.

Prior to buying the Longvida version I had tried a more basic formulation with black pepper which didn't seem to do anything to help the my increasingly painful joints in my hands and knees. Since taking this formulation from Time Health the pains are much reduced and most of the time I just get the odd twinge in the thumb joint of my left hand.

I have been use only Longvida Optimised Curcumin for nearly five years every day. No doubt ,it is the only form that absorb well and can see the result.

I have waited over 4 months to submit a review. This has been a useful addition to reducing the amount of inflammation I feel. I have arthritis in the hips and shoulders, but still like to weight lift heavy.
I have tried other forms of cur curcumin again patented, but this does seem to make me recover better and feel less beaten up. I also seem to feel more clear headed in the mornings, suggesting more deep sleep

Top quality product and feeling the benefit after a few weeks

I buy Longvida optimised curcumin for my husband who has Parkinson’s disease.Its manufacturring process enables it pass the blood brain barrier to help protect neurons .As the NHS has no positive medicines to help Parkinson’s sufferers this is a great add on to Sinemet to possibly slow the diseases progress.

You recommended various products so deciding which has proved beneficial is hard but I really rate this one and now on my third package! I have slept better and will continue to take it

Excellent product. Taken with a capsule of unadulterated Ginger this high turmeric content is excellent for my severe dry eye and appears to have stabilised very painful ( in both senses as eye injections over £1,000 a month!) Corneal Neo Vascularisation I have. New blood vessels in the damaged cornea cause leakage into iris but as this is due to inflammation I thought to try high dose Turmeric. Times is one of the very best and my consultant is puzzled as to why the inflammation seems to be stabilising. I have tried every other remedy (non med) and it is the Turmeric and Ginger allowing me to have pain free eyes after all this time.
