This powder is outstanding in quality and taste! It tastes amazing. I think Time Health is a really good company because they sell such good quality supplements.

This blackcurrant powder has a pleasant taste. It's not overly sweet, like a certain blackcurrant drink available in the supermarkets, but once you get used to the slightly tart flavour, you won't want to go back.
Blackcurrants are bursting with nutrients, vitamins and anthocyanins, which are good for overall health and I'm hoping this will help me catch less colds during the year.

New Zealand blackcurrants are purportedly the best blackcurrants you can get, as they have the highest anthocyanin content. Anthocyanins help with blood flow, and blackcurrants are often used by athletes to relieve muscle soreness.

I thoroughly recommend this product if you're looking to boost your immune system.

You can mix with water (try warming it up for a soothing drink), or with milk (blackcurrant milkshake anyone?), as a smoothie or sprinkled on porridge.

I hope in the future, Time Health consider releasing this in capsule form as well, which would be great for people on the go, who need a pick-me-up during the day.

I've been taking time health NZ black currant powder for several months. Being an athlete , I use this product mainly for the powerhouse ingredient anthocyanins. With a astonishing 200mg per serving, I've noticed a big difference with how I feel. Mainly more energy. I take this product with my pre workout drink when doing speed sessions, long runs or racing. On easy run days , I take time health NZ blackcurrant powder later in the day with a smoothie. I find this helps keep my immune system high.

This powder had a subtle taste and was easy to add to my morning smoothie!

Good vitamin supplement

I try to eat Keto, or a low carb + more good fats diet, very high veg..
One thing I miss is sweet, juicy, colourful fruit - but fruit adds a lot of carbs quickly.

Absolutely delicious are sea buckthorn, NZ black currant, acerola cherry and maqui. I no longer miss my fresh fruit, and those intense colours and high quality nutrients fill that Keto fruit gap. A very tasty way to care for my eye health, boost immunity, add polyphenols, vitamins and minerals, antioxidants. Commercial yoghurt in pots isn't a patch on this. All the fruit flavour without the sugar, keto-friendly, plus I'm losing weight steadily without hunger or effort.
