I find this form of Cordyceps is the best so far among the other. Compared with fews of the Cordyceps I used before, like CS4 form other brands and military Cordyceps. Me and my partner also feel the difference, more energy during the day, no side effect. We will definitely keep using it and buy again soon.

I suffer from regular fatigue and cordyceps is one of the few products available that I can feel makes a regular difference.

I mix it with raw cacao, chaga, lions mane & other medicinal mushrooms with stevia leaf powder, it makes a healthy hot chocolate drink (that tastes good cold too)

I've bought cordyceps, Turkeytail and chaga mushroom and all three is great in coffee for my personal preference, you can of course put onto food but it's a great way to get the benefits in organic coffee , I'd say the nicest taste out of the three is Turkeytail but I'd definitely recommend all three .

Been taking this Cordyceps from Time Health for around 2-3 years now, and feel they are really effective. I usually take in tea for convenience, but have found the best way is to add it to porridge for breakfast. Don't take after lunch or especially in the late afternoons or evenings as definitely won't sleep. I did try the non-organic one that Time Health offer, but found it caked too much when adding to a hot drink or porridge. If you want an energy booster or something to improve your mood then this is a product to seriously consider trying.

I really appreciate the fact that there's no junk "inactive" ingredients in time health products, 99% of all supplement companys add loads of junk and the body needs to work extra hard to get rid of these so-called "inactive" junk... And if you take them for a long time it's going to accumulate in the body and create problems... Why are they doing this? What's the real reason??? If you ask me I don't think it's because of money I actually think they want to keep people sick...

There's a lot of deception in this world and you can't trust anything these days but you can definitely trust time health, I've been taking supplements for decades and nothing compares...
